I think I still use my crypto tokens for hold and even I forget if I already buy some tokens in hitbtc

If your only using it as payment then you should use it because that's what it's main purpose. But if your investing in it and using it in trading you shouldn't spend your investment on not so important things cause it will hinder you to make profit and thus might lose chance to get some so spend wisely.
I do not use coins that I have invested in due to the fact that in my country there is no sense in their functions and capabilities. For this reason I buy different altcoins in order to obtain possible additional profits.

Personally, I do not know of any altcoin that is used in real life. It seems to me that their use will begin only after 2-3 years. And if they provide better conditions than existing companies, why not use them? This is progress and I certainly support this.

We need to sell our crypto currency but ofcourse we need to wait our token increase their value before we sell so that our effort on earning it is enough for us in our daily needs too. Not all people are waiting on the green day of the token or sometimes because they need money, they have no choice but to sell their token.

Actually I'll use my token and coins by investing or trading other coin for making a lot of money.So far I'm not using it especially in a personal purposes because I have a target of my coins for gaining a profit.
Hodling my tokens is only for investment purpose, I have a firm belief in the few ones I am hodling having been convinced that their project has a future prospects while I dumped or used the ones I am not longer interested in , of course there are many of such tokens of which needed to be get rid off due to their worthlessness.

I did not understand what you mean by use them, Use them for where? If i am i make a transaction with ethereum and bitcoin am i not using them? i will charged for some transaction fees, so i really don't understand what you mean by use them.
