I think threshold will be met in due time. It was 78% till last day. Today it is 81%. finger crossed.

currently a refund puts me down almost 2BTC with loss of lisk value, around xmas, with nothing to show for it at all :/
tell you what, learned my lesson... if this fails i wont touch it the next time you guys ask

Sorry, I missed your post earlier. Yes, we would very much like to have a Hebrew translation. Wish we had gotten this up sooner. Ark, along with the other projects descended from Crypti, have strong roots from Israel since half of the original Crypti developer team were there.

With most Altcoins dropping against Bitcoin, at the time of writing Lisk price has dropped 21ksat, I just hope that the decision to go majorly for Lisk tokens is not going to impact this project going forward. Though, the minimum cap of 2000BTC is still within reach

I don't get some of you here. Bonus structure was a bit exegerated (but if you look at he price of LISK now it might just not have been), but some of the people bought LISK at 30k - it was a risk in a few first days so they got rewarded with 120% / 70% bonus, if you look at the price now you might just get more bang for the buck if bought at 21-22k and invest in ARK-TEC and STILL receive 40%. If I had more BTC I'd buy LISK and invest in here. But people most likely just like to BITCH and when LISK will go up and BTC a bit down, threshold will be met, but then another group of people will comence how there its not fair that I don't get more bonus and blah, blah, blah. Make up your mind and stick with it. I invested in the first day, bought LISK at around 32k a few weeks back, but if you go and buy LISK now at 21-22k you might even get a better deal some just don't see it.

This concerns me as well! I really think you have something amazing here, I see no sense in scrapping the project if you're short 10% of the goal.
It would be a GIANT letdown for not only the community you've built, but the honesty and trust in bitcoin, altcoins and developers in general.

The project won't be scrapped it will be just the TEC that will be canceled and refunded. Not the same thing. There are other ways to gain funds. It would be a waste of money and time to do so (not just our own, but participants as well), but there are other ways.
But again, I think there is little to worry about, there is long way to go.

The whole thing is protection from people like earlier who was demanding we give him a refund for whatever stupid reason. If at the end we decide to give everyone a refund, it's within our right to do so.

This is how every ICO works. You send them coins, and you can't use them any more.. You took the risk as an investor to move those lisk into the TEC. It was stated that the goal is 2,000 btc. Open your whale wallet and fund this thing then.

I even was talking to my buddy who does stocks, he was looking into BTC and crypto and I was talking to him about ARK. He was super impressed and excited for when the coin hits the exchanges.
I really doubt someone would put this much work into an IPO for it to fail, but then again there are fucked people out there.
All we can do is wait. The only thing you can do is ignore the craptalk and stick to deadlines.
