I think that's not fix how many ark for 1 btc. It would depend on total investments.
It goes like this. Suppose you invest 1 btc today in 70% bonus period. And some person A invested 1 btc in no bonus period. If the person A gets 'X ' ark, you get 1.7X Ark.

it was asked earlier this day and seem like ARK has its own network. they are not using ETH blockchain. like the rest of the ICO, they will distribute by the end of the ICO. probably weeks later.

Lisk network is currently having problems for the last hour so if you participate in ARK-TEC with LISK your transactions aren't coming through since blockchain is stuck. We suggest you either participate with BTC in the meantime (only 6 hours and 30 minutes for 70% equal bonus on BTC) or wait till they get LISK network back on its feet. Thank you for your understanding, we would gladly help out, but its out of our hands.
You can check this by going to https://login.lisk.io/ logging in in the left menu click on blockchain and if its not moving its stuck and not processing transactions (currently stuck at block Height 1319992)

You have set minimum investment to 2000 btc. Can you show us hope the investments would be used? (Maybe a pie chart)
What is the maximum allowed investment to prevent investors dilution?
One suggestion I would like to give, please remove white paper from scribd. Instead please provide direct link to download. It would be convinient for the investors.
And yes, we should have an option to leave ark on ico page. Or maybe a web wallet developed by ARK.

As these questions has been asked and answered several times for a more full answer please read back some pages, but in short:
There is no cap on the amount that can be raised. While it is good for investors it is not good for projects to impose such a limit. As a matter of fact it's not that good for avarage investors either as there were several project this year with caps that have been bought out mainly by one or two investment groups.
I'm not sure about the other question, I think you are asking about a budget. I think mike answered this several times, here is one of the answers

While the Lisk blockchain had some problem handling the transaction number and halted a few times it is generally working, so you can send Lisk, it is working just fine.I have heard about some problem with the mainchain of lisk, is that true?
Currently "only" polo has some problem with unprocessed transactions.

The only problem, I heard, was that Polo was not able to send Lisk to ark.

There will be windows wallet, right.
yes, windows, MAC, Linux wallet will be available before mainnet launch.

Since ARK can build smartbridges for ETH and the rest of the tokens, I would assume ARK can also use myethwallet to store the tokens there. True?
I'm thinking of moving my tokens there later. My laptop drive is almost full this time, installing wallet that constantly increasing its space is going to be the cause of this laptop top malfunction.

Our wallet will not store the blockchain on your computer.
Online wallet is my only option. If for instance we don't yet move our tokens to our personal wallet and leave it on ICO dashboard.
Will it be possible to keep it there for months?

2K will be hitting soon, current is about 1500 btc, but if only 2-3k btc total, it will be very good for investors, because such amount is not overbought, it will have huge pump because low ico price.
