There are a lot of transactions on the Lisk blockchain at the moment, so block time is larger.And polo withdrawals are not instant at the best of days. But still faster than bitcoin confirmations.

Does anyone have an email address for technical support at Ark for the ico? My wallet failed to send so I cancelled it out on the Ark website only to find out the few minutes later that the transfer was successful. Now the Lisk is not attached to my account at Ark.

Can you clarify under what circumstances will you ask for identification from those participating in the ICO/TEC?
We are not planning at this time to ask anyone for any identifications. The most likely senario when this would happen if at a later date some local law, regulation or some authority would compel us. But it it highly unlikely. It's just a general TOC that covers a lot of possible eventualities.

I predict this will be one of the best crypto investments of 2016. Big energetic team who were largely responsible for LSK volume surpassing ETH volume at launch on poloniex.
Luckily bought some LSK yesterday to swap into ARK before price went up too much.
