Isn't this raising the cost of electricity and management per BTC which means less div this week?

Another way of looking at it is the blades are a lot cheaper now as measured in $ so perhaps sales will actually go up?

I believe that is factored into the google doc as it assumes 5% for Electrical and other costs

400,000 Shares * 2.5 BTC = 1000000 BTC * $99 (Current exchange rate) = $99,000,000

ASICMINER is no longer a $100,000,000+ company, Any takes on this subject?

  Grin

but, in the meantime, USB miners are for less than $200 Cheesy people should buy them while they're cheap

He-he that is also true

Apologies in advance if I shouldn't post this here, but it may be of interest to some of you.

I am selling 50 direct shares at the low price of 2.4 btc each. (Buyer must take all 50). Here is my thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fixed-price-auction-50-asicminer-shares-120-btc-24-each-229822

The only reason I am selling so cheap as I am after a quick sale! Thanks.

Hey guys, I'm selling a few direct ASICMINER shares for 2.4 BTC each. PM me if you are interested.

DO NOT TRADE HE IS SCAMMING. I WILL POST PROOF SOON

Update, I have posted screenshots on his other attempted scam thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--228958

Tag him as a scammer so no one falls for it.

Are you referring to Kruniac (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/kruniac-120425

I am almost certain he is scamming. I have not marked him as a scammer yet as I am not certain.  Friedcat still has time to respond to PM re: the transfer and I've not seen if this is the user others are complaining about.

He purchased 1 share:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2364193

It appears that he has sold it 7 different times:
https://blockchain.info/address/1CWiPVyuzoiKiLJUPrME3jBh97Ss3FxPKs

The original address the funds were sent to:
https://blockchain.info/address/14cBNrTYW9XCnYhJqJ9ooAMzz7zAnojWaz

I have done quite a bit of searching to find his real identity.  I believe I have it and have his background check (home address etc.)  If other who were duped want to PM me we can plan our next steps.

I was not talking about him, but I actually bought 1 share from him too, it appears I have been scammed as well, thankfully I used John so no big deal Smiley

Thank god for escrow.

Actually, Friedcat needs to get back with JohnK about our transaction. I can screenshot the PM I sent requesting the transfer.

Your professional profile on the blockchain
It's obvious the only people who want the price to decrease are the ones WANTING TO BUY SOME at a discount, with little to no interest in friedcats success.   These fools are inexperienced at life and half no idea how supply and demand works.  If he can get away with selling these sticks for 2 bitcoins, he will!  If he could get away with selling them for 5 bitcoins, he would!  Don't kid yourselves, the mining industry isn't as easy to get into as it used to be.  If you want to make easy bitcoins, go roll some satoshidice with your BFL preorders.  Ignorant punks!  lol   Cheesy

Looks legit would say it's account hacked not scammer for now though
Although a hacked account trying to scam is a problem
Edit: John handled it

Friedcat is now buying ad spots.    Grin Grin

Is this information for real ? Link ?

Omg, not much point imho but 10/10 for responding to shareholders wishes. Is there any kind of businessman of the year award in China? This kind of professionalism and zero to multi million company in less than a year deserves recognition.

I'd call it from $400k to $100 million. He should certainly win a Bitcoin business(person) of the year award.  Cool

Maybe get the Bitcoin Foundation to hold annual rewards for people who helped to promote and develop bitcoin

Ho guys,
About one week ago I've bought a "direct" asicminer share from a guy here, he sent a PM to Friedcat for the handover putting me in cc with addresses and so on.

So far we got no answer and this week he still received his revenue instead of me. He's a good guy and he will send my share until I get it transferred, the questions are:
- is it enough to send a PM with nick and addresses of both to him? (I doubt so)
- what is your experience with shares buy/selling?
- what could be the right/best process?

Many thanks Smiley

That would be a great idea. A national scale award for a Bitcoin based company would be seriously good press though and maybe its something the Bitcoin Foundation could help push for.

Only the awards ceremony would probably be like the Razzies ceremony. Many of the receipients not showing up. In this case because they don't want to give up their privacy.
