That's actually kinda funny, the 1/100 PTs getting divs before the directs Smiley
TAT pays div before they are confirmed.
That's actually a positive for a security I just dissed - let's be real. Yet it is dangerous for the issuer, as they need to have enough available to cover payments at all time. As much as I'd like to point that it's quite scary to do so, I have to applaud the brashness/boldness of the move.

The risk isn't as bad as it seems. TAT isn't contractually obliged to pay out divs before they've been confirmed, he's only contractually obliged to pay them within 48 hours of receiving them. If he didn't have enough BTC to cover his divs, he'd just wait until he received the divs from Friedcat.

By the way, I got the dividends for TAT shares.

I got TAT divs as well... still waiting on PT. Did directs already receive divs?

Is there somewhere I can find all the "official" updates and plans? I'm actually looking for the estimates on when more AM-hardware will be deployed, http://www.asicminer.co/ seems to be outdated.

This is the official "updates and plans" website: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/friedcat-49840

Heh, thanks, that's a fairly decent solution actually. I hadn't thought of that.

Is friedcat really doing these errand boy tasks himself? It's obvious there should be someone else who does these kinds of things, or automate it.

Sending out a million dollars 8k btc worth of dividends doesn't exactly register as "errand boy" to me .. if friedcat doesn't do it,  some other C level exec has too.

That is not what I was talking about. Checking the number of confirmations of a 25 btc transfer is an errand boy task. That's the reason for delay.

By the way, I got the dividends for TAT shares.

This is the earliest transaction which has to reach 100 confirmations, before it can be spent. It is 73 now. The rest of the transactions are horribly chained after that, so, it could be a while...

Yes, it's the coinbase transaction of a solo mined block. It matures at 100 confirmations, and can't be expended until then. The standard clients will simply reject the transaction until then.
Your explanation is much appreciated. Thank you for dwelling into this - it seems logical that solo-mining generated coins were not validated - but the non validation wasn't expected.

Please try to refrain from using an inferior currency like $ when you are referring to BTC, Thank you.
