No 2weix... in nefario-scam-thread there are many guys that got an email but no btc while they had btc in fact. Others like me got the btc back but didnt get an email. Judging from that i would say that you most probably still have the btc. Of course i dont know. I only wanted to say that getting the mail doesnt mean that the people got the btc too.

a) they'se gone
b) my open orders for ASICMINER were filled before the fiasco and I now own ~20+BTC worth of shares (at the time, that's ~200+)

I would buy 48 asicminer for 0.1 BTC each if there would be a safe way to do so. But no one can proof that he owns the shares and at the moment they cant be moved too.

Till now we have collected the claims from 45 shareholders. We are still in waiting of the replies from GLBSE.
Might be nice to just hit reply & send on those claims you have received so far just for confirmation, please.email is not a guaranteed delivery mechanism.

btw, I got e-mail from glbse about getting 90% of my btc back and I got a transaction =)

friedcat... so now 22, one half, of the good non-optimal estimation of 45 days until you have the asics are over. Did you contact the supplier and have some new info about the status in the meanwhile? I mean if you were rights its only 23 days now until it maybe could start.
According to nearest update of foundry, we have past the mask-set process and are in queue of wafer process. We will keep the shareholders updated whenever we reach any new milestones.Friedcat, perhaps it is time to remove "[GLBSE]" from the topic.
