Hah. So did eb3full just do a sly market survey, or did he really sell some shares?

Well if this is a clear example of price manipulation then this is actually bullish news in disguise someone wants to buy in a large hand but is using their hand to deflate the price to increase their position.

Now that is the definition of insider trading.

Of course holding 3000 shares is not a board seat so maybe it is still bearish
But until the shares are sold we could go all day with Conspiracy Theories XD

Now kicks everyone back to the speculation thread haha

Last more thing:

1000 pcs auction page is missing now or?!
"The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you."

and this:
"Auction suspended, looks like 2.7 is the bottom of the market haha. Thank you to all buyers."

What are you pointing towards and not quite sure EB never posted anything about the 2.7

(Logically hes closer to the board seat using shares as pull to reach the board member status and that is one way to manipulate the market in your favor just as it is logical to lock in profits from buying in at the IPO price  Grin)

The 1000+ shares for 2.7 BTC guy locked the thread. That makes the whole situation seem very bearish since he is offering a great deal and no one "appears" to want the shares!

Clever scare tactic? Smiley

Yeah, maybe.

Is there any way to find out if that guy actually owns direct shares?
Sure that parts easy enough although the data hasn't been updated recently I believe its only this one that's selling someone will need to check each account then divide it by dividends to confirm this statement
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtqphFCP56ordGVCakJxSU90MlB4MlBkZENya25pS2c#gid=9

For the record NO SHARES HAVE BEEN SOLD AT THIS TIME

+1. I am very interested in purchasing his shares at 2.7 however I have not received a response

Ok, I will go for sleep probably he is more scared than we are. Such an amount of shares must be scary! He seems to have been trading with them before. 1000 at march at low price, then another 1000, then bought back to 3559. Now he sells.
Or maybe he & Vycid are in cooperation. One is driving price down while the other is driving in our minds. The persistence of Vycid's efforts is at least puzzling.
No dividends have been moved around from this address, but maybe its to early for that. We will see.

The whole thing can be smart trading or complete BS.

Wow. Never been implicated in a conspiracy theory before.

Doesn't make any sense though, since he wants share prices high and I've been bearish for months now.

I'm personally getting interested myself in how the big shareholders are moving shares.
We are nearing the old Jutarul support wall of 2.5 so he can rebuy his shares ha-ha
I forgot to add I was referring to EB and his shares in the previous point when I mentioned NO SHARES HAVE BEEN SOLD AT THIS TIME
So I backedited my previous post
I was thinking of manually tracing everyone of the big holders dividends to the blockchain and seeing if any hands have moved around this week but I'll check that later Smiley

I do see some hands adding shares though
1DXyYV4oxehn828ZnRSvuziArPoJLQq7SM + 3360 Burnside PT
1rHfXj4AwH9zymwwJuXnbXLiDbAE9V1uz + 10 TAT PT
15N6JA3Nw23taiA7nCGnJfKWNozAQGJNmR + 35

Nothing else above the 5k Point moved

Absolutely fantastic dividend!  Shocked

..and now I can feel what he meant that day.

Edit:
Looks like he was a board member up to 2013-03-24 and sold 1000pcs at ~0.8 per share.

His message verifies against signature&address.
Also dividend received with this address is exactly for 3559 shares.

You'd better start assimilating new information before it's too late. There is a reason somebody would dump millions USD at 'below market'- he knows it won't sell at current prices. The whales don't believe in AM anymore and there was never 160M of value here.

Well, in this one transaction we're talking about 1000 * 2.7BTC or ~ $297,000 at today's prices. I'd say he's giving up about $100K by not waiting until the price bounces back, but time will tell if the millions get dumped, as you suggest they will.

You are absolutely correct, that was an embarrassing order-of-magnitude error on my part.

Still, someone has been filling all the buy orders every night. Big players want their profits. I will be entirely unsurprised if we see 5000+ shares for sale shortly.

Worse, he just dropped the price to 2.7 BTC. I admit - I'm surprised it's that low and I predict that they get snapped up in < 24 hours. It feels like a forced sell due to needing funds in a short period of time.
If he was an early buyer, that's not that bad of a move, I think. He probably reached ROI from dividends and is just cashing in some huge benefits now.
Which makes me sad with my 2 shares bought for 4.7 each. Grin
I don't care, I was willing to be part of the mining effort, without the hassle.
And while FC manages to keep a decent part of the global mining rate, I'm staying.
Not to get rich. Just to add my puny power, to help bitcoin blowing banks away.

Bought at resp. 2.52 and 3.70. But would love to be able to buy one of those shares at 2.7 if I had the BTC.
