Not sure what to say, whether this is a scam or not... but I'm in the same shoe as some people here... I've invested 0.3 BTC during the first stages of the ICO. I was/am not able to collect my ATB Coins and the support team is working on my problem for more than a month now... I was told the "specialists" are working on it, but being an IT guy I am really wondering what it takes so long to solve a relatively straghtforward and easy issue.
I will not mention that the way they communicate with me is kind of unprofessional (they cannot say "Hi" or "Best regards, xy"...).

Look, the first thing I tried is to contact you on telegram and get no real help. I am not on Slack. My first email was sent on the 21st of September, and your "specialists" were not able, or simply did not want to solve my problem. You can check my emails sent from [email protected]. You should rather take the time to read through the email chain I had with the support team. My dashboard shows no investments, because I transfered BTC (honestly don't understand why this is not the same as the rest of the investment options...). However the investments list shows that I should have 779.79 ATB. Don't send me any links, I already got tons of that and nothing helped. I was told that "specialists" are looking at this. They are checking it for many weeks now, so what is that difficult? Credit those 779.79 ATBs on my dashboard and we are all set. What is so diffiicult on that? Please, don't look for any more excuses.
