I am just aware of the 51% attack if you are talking about other than that then can you please elaborate what kind of attack you are speaking about as I am quite new and unaware about this kind of attack.

I believe that we all need to understand that technologies are evolving and that Bitcoin will continue to continue.  Everyone wants to break it and get it.

Maybe you are right for that to remain vigilant, but to solve it, you must continue to think hard, because I believe there will never be an accurate attack on Bitcoin, and that happened from the past until now Bitcoin remains safe and continues to grow.

Correct, bitcoin is still bitcoin after many years, anyone who speak of attacking the network has to better do it in action rather than talking without sense.
What we read from OP was not a FUD, as it will never make anyone panic due to the fact that we all trust how safe the bitcoin network is.

Can you elaborate this? Is this another FUD or what? I appreciate your concern to us but seemingly you can't back this with additional information. So this might be considered a fud.

You will only consider it FUD when there's a chance of it happening, but OP is giving us a scenario where it's almost impossible to happen.
I am not a techy one who really understands well how the system works, like the technical one, but I really believe nothing will happen with bitcoin as this would affect big money from investors, and just a simple logic I'd like to believe, big investors would not trust bitcoin if it can be breach.

Somewhere, a group is preparing an attack on Bitcoin. It will come around the next big pump. The attackers will have an exponentially large advantage of computing power. If the network isn't compromised, it will be severely damaged.
I think it will not be possible. Many of the biggest hackers in the past have not been successful. But they did not succeed. And I think Bitcoin is being managed properly. Many big hackers are involved in this. So it will not be possible. I believe that. Then we have to be careful.

Is this another flowery words to manipulate newbies?. I dont know how can they do that. As per what you said, the purpose is to destroy or do other negative things in BTC. You can only manipulate it by buying or selling on a very large amount or maybe mining all the coins. How do you get this tip anyway?

Wow, having bitcoin network seems I could not think that the network will be damage as we all know that bitcoin network are using supercomputers that could even accomodate high or heavy transactions. If you mean that bitcoin could go higher because of these possible pump then it will be possible as the system will automatically adjust its market price whenever there are large buys for bitcoin.

Can you tell me when BTC will reach $50K too? You seem to know what will happen in the future which is why I can use your help in placing some big bets and we could split the profits evenly.

Lol. He seems to know everything that will happen to bitcoin. Seems vague for me. How can this group attack btc through computing power. I can't really imagine how this group will destroy btc. It is nonetheless a nonsense talk. I would believe if some group of whales will gonna control the market by pumping and dumping the price. But attacking btc? Well, how? It would be better if OP explain it further.

Seeing the title I thought these "attackers" will be having a huge amount of bitcoin and they are planning to sell them in the upcoming pump so the price will plummet down, but this is not it. I think if this is not quantum computers, then we have no problem since as far as I know the only type of computer that is a threat to btc is still not invented which is the quantum computer.

When the price of Bitcoin is coming up, there may be more attacks will come up, too. In this case, what we must ignore is only following the hype of this bullrun signal. Not all people know that this is real or only one of the strategies by the whales. However, so far it is still okay. We must wait and watch while involved in this Bitcoin market.

Maybe it's quantum computers arriving ahead of schedule? https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/a/11522

I think this is far from happening.  Bitcoin security codes would have been improved before even this machine is created.  As the computer hashing power inceases, security and other stuff also improve.  I bet developers will be able to create a new patches for better Bitcoin security to counter this kind of threat.

There had been  a news that quantum computers are being commercialized but I believe it is far from the one the Bitcoin community fears.

You need to argue more with news like this, you can't just say someone will attack btc someday... is just nonsense.

If they will use their hardware power i think that's not enough to break bitcoin, if they will try some kind of brute force that will not work, so, next time at least give us a source.

I am very curyfor this who is that group possible want to attack miners a giant whales to manipulate the bitcoin this time of price strong,y increase in the coin market. I think nobody can destroy this recent price hyoe of bitcoin, it's better to stay calm and relax and let's enjoy this moment of success of bitcoin.

Don't pay attention to these suckers. It must sting seeing the price go up and for that reason they do their best to get you to panic sell. Spreading fud here has no effect on the price at all, just like how thousands of moonboys here were spreading bull run nonsense back in 2018 didn't have an effect on the price. It's literally a waste of time and effort.

It might also be a sore altcoin losers because the BTC ratio of altcoins has gone down by 50% on average this year.

Not really sure the type of attack you mean. More details would have helped but I really do not think someone or a group of people can carry out an attack that will jeopardize the the continued usage of bitcoin

He's trying to spread FUD. What proof do you have that it will happen? How did you come by that knowledge? Are you sharing your gut feeling with us? Cheesy

If it's Craig or Roger we can sleep well because these two clowns couldn't launch a successful attack on each other. Bitcoin is far beyond their reach.

are you talking about an attack on bitcoin? what do you mean is a bitcoin dump, I don't understand the real meaning maybe if bitcoin is having an attack I think bitcoin will be able to grow back because bitcoin is a coin that is resistant to any attack.

"Somewhere" really!? so you don't have any reference with your post and just tell us that there will be an attack on Bitcoin  Shocked

Anyone can make false accusation and I think you are one of them. How I wish that someone must breach Bitcoin so the world can witness how it's done. And to tell you, 'Bitcoin' is different from 'cryptocurrency market', so if someone will attack it then why only on the next big pump? they can do it before when Bitcoin reached its all time high.
