does Iceland see whales?

Financial or mammalian?

Doesn't matter... on both accounts yes.  Native to the area.

This is a strong signal. Do you believe in fate adamastor?

haha i do. Max Keisers recommendations, explicit and cryptic make me a lot of money, nearly as much as auroracoins gains.

Could he be signalling an Auroracoin move?

I sniff a price of 60 000 sat before the 1st May and after back to around 13-15k.

I guess the first 40 times we asked didn't get through... please keep market predictions to the other AUR thread here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/aur-auroracoin-market-observer-1067036.

I know you guys don't respect the team, but at least respect the community and keep this thread clean.

If this does take off in Iceland, it'll just be another option for payment. Just like debit cards, money transfers, etc.

Don't count on it completely replacing a government issued currency, but it would be nice if Iceland's government recognizes it as an official alternative form of payment.

no mate. this coin is going to destroy the krona and Odin will rejoice in the bloody death of Icelandic paper.

We ride at dawn!

People in Iceland don't need a nother payment app. People here all have debit and credit cards and 5 different payment apps and every cornershop accepts cards or cash and some of them accept payments via apps.

What the people in Iceland are missing is a currency that can't be debased every10 years by 50% to 100%.

When the currency is debased we get rampant inflation and the sad part is that all the housing loans in Iceland are linked to the inflation. So history tells us that debasing the currency makes the ISK worth less and at the same time increases the principal on every housing loan in the country. This more or less makes us all go broak every 10 years.

As long as it makes the price goes up who really cares if this coin never gets to the AUR population.

I DO.

ffs, don't you understand this experiment is to try to make it a local currency in Iceland ?!?

if you just hype it up and let it fall again, NOTHING is gained. No insight, no result.

It's a decentralized coin, who gives anyone the right to decide who the coin is intended for? adamastor is promoting it and making the best of the situation, what if this never works out in Iceland at least we can have African support.

One day iceland's auroracoin will need the international community, they just don't know it yet Smiley

They will need investors from the US , Europe and China to support them. We will keep the coins safe until they can buy from us at 100 times the price which is fair value.

15.33 billion USD ‎GDP in 2013, divide this by 10 million coins (future amount)  = $1500 per coin.

Cheers to that buddy!

Cheers to all the developers that keep this project running and you have my full respect.

I hope that Icelanders can embrace their role as leaders but also as members of the global community.

I think the same mate but I've chosen Auroracoin because its target is Iceland. One day iceland's auroracoin will need the international community, they just don't know it yet Smiley

I can tell you with confidence that when I sell Auroracoin to people I emphasize the role Iceland plays in this story.

Knowing that Iceland is the target gives people more confidence when deciding to buy the currency.
