Batch 3 have it worse (though I guess only a little depending on if you bought with BTC stash or acquired via fiat) Cry

this is seriously becoming some BS. Diff slated to hit 20m next time around, batch 2 preorder owners are getting fucked every single day that passes. WTF is holding them up?!?!?

If you look at the fine print, it says no guarantees.. so they are not obligated to ship us anything.. they can scam us and it still fits in with their TOS. Some will get shafted, some will make it in time.

LOL, this remind me to houmoristic series here... In short, minister is speaking to army soldiers with words: "...We are going into war. Some of you will get killed, some of us will survive..." Smiley

Maybe the Chinese gov't confiscated the ASICs and are now mining with our machines?

Nah, much easier to rubberhose a few early adopters and empty their wallets. That would bring in more than the few BTC 3600 / day

Not that I want to bring any ideas to the table of course ;-)

What a pity that there are many people ordered their chips and have an even much longer waiting than us in the forum.
These people should come in this thread and know what Avalon team really is!

If they only had alternative.

Bump, still no newsletter update. Where are the Feb 2nd orders? Or are us Feb 2nd WalletBit users ever going to see anything, whether it be an ASIC or our BTC back?

Avalon statement: "No news is good news"

how often shall we repeat that?

3 months late dude, 3 months.  Is that good news?

Yes, but when you have something that made close $400 a day in the month of May, and now makes just $265 for the first half of june, and probably under $200 for the last half of June, one update a month does not seem appropriate. Considering the amound of money both invested, and being lost everyday an update once a week of where things are would go miles in terms of customer support. We all realize delays, hiccups and mistakes are going to happen in this nature of business especially being the first one to bring this technology to the field.

It's just smarter to keep everyone in the loop, instead of no news is good news, while shipments continue to be delayed month after monther, thousands after thousands.
