Good news from the field.  I just got an email from Avalon with a tracking number for batch #2.  Wish me luck.

As always, thank you team Avalon.  Wish I could meet you at the conference this weekend, but I didn't get the airplane tickets in time.

Is anyone else's asic order still not showing up in the store page? I ordered on the first batch2 date and have contacted avalon and walletbit with no response...

Join the club, you're not alone. Three months after ordering I've never received a response to a support ignore ticket and have no idea if they're shipping to the correct address as nothing b2 shows on my account page for my feb 3 order. I've no choice but hope and pray they send the expensive hardware to the correct location.

Walletbit did eventually respond and acknowledged receipt of payment, though there's no confirmation of shipping address for my guest payment, perhaps you should harass them(walletbit).

I would be more concerned about Walletbit confirmation. Have you opened a ticket on their helpdesk? They were remarkably quick when I asked them for the confirmation note, took about 2 hours. I gave them TID and email.

My Feb. 3 order #1xxx is still not showing up in the store, although I did receive order confirmation from both WalletBit and Avalon.
I have opened two tickets about it, but no response.
No tracking info yet. Fingers crossed.

FWIW, I have an order placed about 10 minutes earlier than yours with no tracking and no response to tickets.

Not a trade in, but had problems with payment and needed a support ticket. That's probably why my order number is out of sequence. Maybe they are processing on time of payment ? I did pay the evening (CET) of the 2nd of feb IIRC.

That list is taking in account blockchain timezone I guess. They are all in sequence.
If only 20 units shipping, I hopethey are shipping one unit per costumer order for now,  like they did in the past.

AFAIK, yes, some orders arrived incomplete, to split the machines between most people possible at that time,perhaps?

Nope, those are just successfully placed orders
I know, I just calculated that Benturas units are about 40th in the time sorted list.
Maybe it's a trade-in...

Neither fpgaminer or benturas are tradein costumer, they paid full 76 btc each machine.

It seems they looked at my ticket about telephone number not being visible inside order page.

I got no reply to my ticket, but now my order page shows it, so opening a ticket is the way to go to get noticed.
