AVALON is about 1 month late give or take.
I chose not to buy a house and rent to get a B2 and a B3 with 4 modules.
I REALLY HOPE THIS WORKS OUT. Been quite a waiting game but I am still hopeful.

If your in that rough shape (sorry to hear) have you considered auction of your unit? Especially with b2 shipping now I'm sure you'd get some takers, and imagine somewhere around the 180% mark.
I auctioned off shares for the future output of my unit, 1 share = 1%. If I did it today, I would make 1 share = 0.25% to let more little guys buy in. (400 shares for the entire unit)
I have refined the auction rules a little based on my auction, and posted them on Google Docs. Please feel free to use these rules as they are, or to modify them. If you do modify them, I would appreciate a link to your version.
This might let you raise some cash while waiting for your unit to arrive.

Call the bank today. Ask "What workout options do I have?" and use that exact wording.

If you qualify for a mortgage modification, I think the first option the bank will attempt is to lower the interest rate, down to as little as 2%, in order to make your mortgage payment less that 0.31 of your income.

Unless btc price goes up then it could be longer but at least asicminer will be putting pressure on avalon to put out.
