Hey Patrike, there seems to be a bug with right click > change pool > pool. This has existed for quite some time. It'll swap miners to a new pool, but if the miners restart they'll default back to the pool they were originally on. Looking at properties of the miner they'll show the old pool instead of updating to whatever pool you swapped to.
The operations to Change Pool and Add Pool and so on are not making any permanent changes to the miner configuration - only changes what you currently mine.There should probably be an easier way to persist these changes to the miner if preferred (I do see your point here), although it would be a bit different on ASIC miners compared to GPU miners here, as saving pools to an ASIC is not always an easy operation.
