Oh the noise.....   It cant even be explained.... haha   I keep telling myself it is the sound of money!   I have another place they will go, just have to build it.. and sound proofed.  will have 5 s9's.

I DO have to get some of these Giant B's! quick ROI in beginning will help, the rest is gravy!

Does anyone count the amount of heat it produces?

400W x 3.412 BTU = 1364.8 BTU
This is comparable to 1x 1080 Ti  (250W)+ 1x 1070 (150W) GPUs.

I have only dealt with S9's soo this thing is new to me, and even the algo's. What is the proposed Roi that people are using.  i understand that it all  matters on how many are manufactured or sent etc..  but just to get some basic idea.  The low power draw is a huge one for me.

Ah, S9, then you are used to high energy consumption, decent but not crazy profits, and maximum noise.

At the moment, the ROI for batch 1 Giant-B owners would be 8.39 days:
https://whattomine.com/coins/164-lbc-lbry?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=40000.0&p=400.0&fee=2&cost=0.09&hcost=3600.0&commit=Calculate

Like many have said, that will change depending on quantity produced (likely quite tiny compared to something like S9) and coin price.

What is the approximate income of the Giant B?  I have just heard of them, and was looking around to see what it can make.  I have seen on nicehash.com that it is around 13000 Cnd Dollars per month?  Is this an error or is this accurate?

It is not an error, but it's also not accurate. When they ship the difficulty will skyrocket. We just don't know how much will they make, it will depend on how many they sold.

APW3+ might be overkill in terms of price and delivery. Anything that is good in price and can be delivered fast...

APW3+ is really the most suitable variant, others will be even more expensive.

You don't have to overpay for a PSU  Wink

Baikal contacted me a couple days ago to confirm shipping details for my Giant-B order, "As it is getting closer to the shipping date, I am here writing to you for double checking your delivery details."

I already have these extra NIB PSUs on hand not being used, so my plan is as follows:
EVGA 1200W P2 (6 VGA power outputs) for Giant-B x2.
and/or
EVGA 1600W T2 (9 VGA power outputs) for up to Giant-B x3.

Will require 3 VGA power cables for each Giant-B since EVGA includes a bunch of 8-pin from PSU to 2+6-pin w/ 6-pin cables.

I'm a little confused. Giant-B requires 6x 12V 6Pin connector = 36 total pins. if you only use 3x 8 pin VGAs = 32 total pins per unit. How is that equivalent?

Giant-B inputs = https://www.baikalminer.com/img9/a6.jpg

EVGA VGA power cables, have dozens of these as extras on hand and not enough 8-pin to 8-pin: https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-8-PIN-TO-dual-8-6-pin-PCIE-VGA-Power-Supply-Cable-for-SuperNOVA-1000-G2-/202146319410

Each out of those VGA power cables includes 2x 6-pin. EVGA 1600W T2 has 9 VGA power outputs. That means 1 PSU & 9 power cables covers 3 Giant-B. Alternatively, EVGA 1200W P2 (6 VGA power outputs) for Giant-B x2.
