If you want to invest in some mining hardware I'd say go for the big 3 (BTC/ETH/LTC).

With the release of crazy ROI ASICs comes the crazy spike in difficulty... just remember Dash...
By the time you get the machines, the profitability could be in the negative... so you would have brought a really expensive radiator...

keeping in view of volatility of mining market, i think one should only buy miners worth $1600 to $2500 max

$35 if we're lucky.  I think enough people learned from the D3 difficulty to not go by today's difficulty numbers.  It would be nice if they told us how many units are expected in batch one.  Then we could calculate difficulty a little better.

Exactly. The lbry newtwork hashrate is too low. Baikal B will kill it quickly and diff will sky rocket. If lbry hashrate would be the same like dcr, then it's the other talk.

I say that because I tried to order up to 20-23 units ....about 1/2 were 300mh Baikal cubes

I had a buddy try with more or less the same amount....

I got ONE and he got ONE even though both of our orders were the 1st batch only 1 unit run

the others we were in the "que' according to bakail all was well till to pay..then oops...we are out!


now remember this is over various batches..the 1st batch we could only get 1 unit

(the ones we got)

all others on skype (2 batches each time) via email and etc we were ASSURED all was well

just to be told in email, it was screwed up (both cases admitted it was their end)

so went thru this 2x

then next batch

went thru it again


and again....according to Baikal we were first to order both times....all was fine on our end

they simply ran out of stock, so they said...basically oops, don't let the door hit you on the

ass on the way out

so now they want me to send  a wire xfer ..NOT GONNA HAPPEN esp at these prices

anyway, weird as frack ...but I hear this was a common occurrence at any number of units

too bad..the little unit has made me 6.59 dash for the $839.00 USD it cost me. (w/o shipping I forget shipping)

but, ask around...again Baikal messing up on EVERY order they have ever done ..is common.
