In other news, Baikal claims that Batch 2 orders will be shipped on time, and not be delayed like Batch 1.
Now that will be the worstest nightmare for batch 1 buyers.
Batch 1 was cheaper then Batch 2, so i dont see, why this should be a nightmare for batch 1 buyers. We are still talking about the most profitable ASIC Miner at the MArket at this time.
It would only be a nightmare if they flood the market with those miners like Bitmain likes to do until they are worthless. So lets hope they do not do that.
I don't think they will flood the market just because they don't have the building power&speed like BITMAIN.
Baikal is not a god damn toaster factory fortunately.

I have been a buyer of both Bittawn and Asciminermarket. I respect Bittawn as a seller and I can recommend him to anybody anytime, But with Asicminermarket its been always and issue. I remember when I bought from them some Quads Cubes, and they proven to be a headache to deal with, As I have paid through Paypal eventually I got my money back after whole two months. 
I’m getting excited... very excited xD Perfect christmas present! Time to trade on of them for a L3+ and I can mine nearly all algos I want...
I wonder to know how many batch 1 buyer have request the refund?

Those of us that went through ASIC Miner Market don't get that option.
- No Communication what so ever
- Paid ALOT more than Baikal's price (because they had at least 500 of batch 1)
- They are not done milking the profits with OUR machines yet.
We can do nothing but hope that we get it one day. For me, if its before the last 2 algo's are known, I'll hold on and see if they are profitable. If not - eBay for going rate. If they would have left x13 in, Quark is doing great last 10 weeks - at lest that would have gotten me (us) break even.
Even when all of you were first contemplating asicminermarket... Many of us told you they have been know to scam in the past... This is nothing new with them... But people don't listen
I'm sorry, but I'm sorry we delayed the delivery. In October, we have submitted the customer address of the miner from us to the manufacturer, and asicminermarket is only the dealer. Due to the delay of the factory, this is out of our control. The X10 you see on YouTube video, is in early September payment miners Asian customers, customers choose along abundant express itself extract or come to China shenzhen, we only test the miners to upload the video recording, miners would have arrived at the client side. Now many clients abuse us on BBS. You call us a liar. Please show your evidence, or my lawyer will find you. Now, the factory delay in delivery of the goods, if you are willing to wait, you will see the machine from the factory directly to your address, the miners did not come to my side, we don't have secretly use miners mining clients. If you don't want to wait, we can get a full refund. Sorry again, sorry, you can contact our asicminermarket team if you have any questions

I have 6 times. Some by direct email, some through your webpage contact form (when you website is up). To this day I have never, ever received a response from you (after payment).If and that's a BIG IF you are being truthful - I strongly suggest you correct your terrible communication procedure (or lack there of) and stop "TESTING" our miners, there is no need. You are a re-seller. All you have to do is move it off the pallet when a shipment comes in, match it (them) to our order, put your label over Baikal's and ship the damn thing out. That's it.
All of use paid well over manufactures price because you had already bought some to re-sell and they sold out batch one. That means:
- a) Baikal got the payment with their profit (to build/ship) Unit
- b) You made more profit than Baikal
- c) We (the dumb-asses) that did not find and read this forum BEFORE buying from you...Get left-overs and a 1 year ROI

Well they are quoting batch 1 completion on Dec 11th so I don't see how they will make the early batch 2 delivery dates. Batch 1 has been shipping for 15 plus days.
Or maybe, they ran out of Batch 1, and some Batch 1 people are actually the beginning of Batch 2, but they don't want to tell you that. Seems like they oversold or gave the majority of the miners to asicminermarket.
I find it hard to believe if Batch 1 ships by December 11, and Batch 2 starts on December 10, seems fishy.

exactly. Batch 1 was like 1199 usd for one miner and Batch 2 - 1399 usd per unit. I just hope baikal will not mess up batch 2 delivery time too
Within 2 weeks, Baikal should complete batch 1 and start batch 2.

I really wonder how many are yet to ship from batch 1? Seems like atleast 500. I paid Baikal directly and I'm still waiting, although I didn't have to deal with the markup.
