Did they give that same warning the second batch? I know they did on the first one but I assumed it was due to hiding the fact this was related to mining and not the russian company thing.

So it looks like they switched to their Hongkong account to make it easier for people. Since their name matches a russian company I think this had the opposite effect. Clearly there is a language barrier but they seem frustrated as well. Hopefully things will get sorted out for everyone.

You have misunderstood me. The story above, I found after my bank started giving me trouble about Russians weapon dealers. That’s when I started researching the internet and bumped in to this story, and posted it with a link. I never said I was ripped off. I just got worried, that’s all. Concerning the account. Since u verified both accounts given by them u can surely verify that they gave different accounts for the two batches. First was for vitcore and second was Baikal Holdings. I wrote to them and they haven’t answer... I have a considerable amount landed in NY right now, no answer from them, the bank that I made the wire from asking questions, so it is oly natural to start worrying about my first order too. Yes you are either lying or not the sharpest tool in the shed. No one would have a company steal 4k from them, show up in a thread acting like they never heard of the company before, send them thousands of dollars for a preorder not once but apparently twice, then post a story about how you are familiar with the company from when they stole your money 6 months ago. LOL go back and read all of your comments in this thread over the course of the last month. Not 1 of them alludes to Baikal stealing your money. Did you forget about something that happened 6 months ago when you were asking questions about Baikal being a real company? You should have been the expert in this thread based on your story. Did you not think your story was relevant when discussing sending them thousands of dollars to a holding company? OH and you were also the one who said they include the power supply. Well based on your story you should be intimately aware that they don't include power supplies. Guess you forgot that too. Sorry for your loss but if your story is true shame on you for returning to a thread and not warning fellow miners immediately. Your story should have been your first post in this thread. Not a month later. Also, you may want to stop supporting/sending money to people/companies that steal it. Just a thought in general. Hopefully that can help you in other ventures.

I have been ripped off from baikalminer.com for $4676 and want you share my horror story so hopefully you don't end up getting ripped off. Stay away from baikal miner!!! After weeks of research on google and youtube, I thought the baikal miner would be a good investment mining dash coins at 300 mh/s using only 75 watt of power. Boy was I in for the biggest scam and ripoff and ride of my life!!! After one month of baikal miner hustling and scamming me, he stole $4676 and I am now stuck with a defective baikal miner cube. I am now still shock and so disgusted of these people! This is why they don't accept credit card or paypal. Just bitcoin, dash or ethereum. I don't think there is any recourse or any way you can get the coins back from these people!
On april 11, 2017, I pulled the trigger and sent baikalminer 0.7216068 btc which equals to $876.02 usd. These people are very difficult to deal with and very slow to respond on email. Worst, they only take bitcoin and they are located halfway around the world in china. So this made me very concern. 8 days later on april 19, the unit arrived at my home. I emailed baikal on what power supply to use and they won't recommend which power supply to buy or send me an ebay or amazon link, they just said 12v 10a. I searched on google, amazon and ebay and end up buying 3 power supply from amazon and ebay. The first p/s came home the end plug was too big and did not fit. Then a couple days later the two p/s I ordered on ebay arrived and this one fit. You would think spending $876 on a little box with a fan, heatsink and circuit board they would include a p/s. The box did not come with any manuals so I had to google to find the cube. Pdf manual and figured everything out myself. When first powered up and log in with the default password baikal, the miner show down. It looks like they still have their dash wallet address on there. I setup an account on coinmine. Pl and dash. Suprnova. Cc and added my account and dash wallet address to the baikal pool page. Doesn't matter what I do, the miner still show down.

On skype, they did not offer any technical support or troubleshooting at all. They kept on insisting I download and read the cube. Pdf file.

I already paid for the first miner cube so I just need to pay for the difference of $2326 and I have to ship the defective unit back. I wasn't happy paying more at a full price when I already received a defective unit. So they offer 5% discount + free shipping + power cable at $2166 more + $876 I originally paid.
