Yup, sounds familiar to me. Ive once sent alot more than that for a bulk order. But at that time they were on top of the world dominating the x11 market.
They recieved my payment late, a few days late to be exact, issue was on their side. They told me they can not honor the quantity i paid for. But they will try their best and hope i get lucky if they have enough stock.
I told them to go fuk off and just send my funds back. Done. Never will support this company again. Even if they were selling real live unicorns.

credit card payment gateway, and paypal are very very experience for the merchants / sellers, and they usually need to pay 2 to 3 % of the transaction value, and paypal will add another 1 to 2 %... who wants that additional cost for small quantity high value transactions...
and maybe more importantly, to enable credit card payment or paypal, the merchant acquirers - usually banks will require very strict KYC (know your customer) process, which i don;t think most digital currency players are willing to go through Tongue

Ugh, I read a bunch of reports by now about bank problems with baikal. Seems kinda strane, never had that with bitmain.

I got an email and tried to send the wire transfer but the SWIFT didn't match and I also couldn't fill in the wire form completely. The bank form only takes so many letters and a few of the details didn't match up. (A strange detail but it made me worry)

I wrote back an apology explaining that I wasn't sure my transaction wouldn't be complete and I'll wait for DASH or LTC transactions.

The response was pretty nice.

In general, I've had good communications with them. They even fixed my cube for 80 bucks.

I just wish that they would have a smoother sales process.

Having some issues with paying them. The bank/Branch code does not match the Bank address on my bank's online banking. However I do see the correct address at another bank/branch code.

Think twice before you paying for them!

My bank transfer is still ongoing because in the weekend my bank are not working. I hope there is some problem and my bank will refuse to do the transfer.

I think something not right about them.

I still I don't understand where is the connection between the payment and passport or driving licence. Both documents are confidential.

i think maybe your Canadian dollar was converted into Singapore currency and then converted into dollars, which cost extra.

And I just received notice of the company, the first batch has already paid a deposit but not in the first ship list , we have a small number miners of the end of November for you(Just for the clients who already paid the deposit), but the amount is 1399usd.

Could you tell me what you think?

I don't think it has a web interface.You can download for free the program and play with it for 1 miner to figure it out.
