Maybe some kind of scam warning page would be in order from Cryptomixer. They could save some customers.

I haven't read any complain lately, so I would say Yes.
As for your email being rejected, try to use another email provider. because the reason can be your email (especially if you're using a free one).

used their service twice now. the first time is a few years ago, all went well.
this time i was scamed, a few days ago for 1k euro. it was just a test for something bigger..and they failed.
wrote 2 emails to their support, didnt recieve an answear.
made a new account, just to give this feedback. lost allready to much anonmity through their poor service and dont want to compromise my mainacc.
/have fun with my cash, will use other services in the future

Scammers keep creating new and new phishing websites. They target not only cryptomixer, but other mixers too. We do report phishing websites to google, to shut them down. You can also help by filling this very form. The more people complain, the more attention google pays to scam websites and more chances to close it.

If your claim is true, it would be very helpful to provide evidence so the same doesn't happen to others.If you don't provide any evidence, considering the mixer's reputation it's more likely you used a phishing site.

Please fix your email provider. I'm not able to send you simple support email from protonmail. Your server (yandex) is rejecting it because of spam suspicion .
There are no links in email message, nothing exceptional. Just few addresses and letter of guarantee.
Don't know if it is protonmail fault or yandex, but many people use proton and they will have trouble contacting you.
Other than this, the support response time is very fast. Used the service for long time.
