Hi, I'm new and have never used a mixer. Today driven by the good reviews I used criptomixer.io for the first time. This morning around 1.40pm I sent about 50 euros, but I haven't received anything yet. It's normal? I entered the minimum time as deferred. I don't have the signed letter now because I made the transaction from the office. But of course I can get it back next week. Generated addresses are valid for 24 hours. Future payments to the addresses are ignored. Kindly, contact support with the transaction reference to process it manually.

We have got your request, support is watching into your issue and will response soon.

UPD: Cryptomixer minimum fee is 0,5% + (0.0005 BTC for every forward address). Since you have sent a small amount and set up several forward address this time, all the amount was spent to fees. We can forward all the amount to one address to reduce fees, support will contact you to agree the address.

Good advice for future is to use the calculator on the website before mixing.

Thank you for the investigation! We do receive emails from protonmail.com, but i can't claim for sure some of them are not rejected under suspicion of spam.

I never used cryptomoxer.io andf their account is inactive in bitcointalk forum since October 2021 so we can't help you with this, but there are much more reputable mixers you can use today.

It's very likely he didn't read the reviews or does not even know what has been going on via the thread. He probably just registered to make a complaint on the thread.

Did you save the Letter of Guarantee? If so: can you share it? That's the only way to prove what happened.
