I call they don't care that : "Hello. We checked your letter of guarantee. Your letter generated by coinmixer instead our service [banned mixer] " and no reponse since that. I use [banned mixer] not coinmixer, i use the same link i use last time and i send the link to support but they don t care and doesn't respond.
I mix my coins on crytpomixer.io and you tell me it's not your problem. I 'm think it's your responsability to assure customers coin's security

I want to know how effective you guys think this service is.

I've used them quite a lot so I know its NOT a scam, even had an issue that their support helped me resolve.

So basically is this an effective way to make your coin anonymous? Has anyone been able to trace some transactions or been flagged for a transaction that they'd done.

Most likely you have faced one of the phishing websites. If you have got no reply on your email - it hasn't reached us. We do pay intense attention to every request, and we have no emails without respond. Kindly, PM me with your transaction details even if you don't have "Letter of Guarantee".

sometimes google can be so annoying. They don't bother tagging the site as scam/suspicious/phishing even when reported, but I have done my part to report them.

I think reporting the fraud to the domain registrars would also be a good idea.
