Succefully received btc for test. Successfully Tried the test trial. Successfully received the mixed coins.
By making the test operation as a suplementary option on the site, a test process is probably different from main process (tester use the free trial that doesn't know if it's running in the same way as paid session) ; so there is no solid reason to ask feedbacks from testers using the free trial*.You are right, there are several minor differences in test and main procedures and they are the following. In a test mode you can set only one forward to address whereas in the main mode you can set multiple (two). In a test mode fewer investors' wallets involved. All the rest is the same.
If by admiting it's the same process for both free and paid processes, here my notes:
- Site is very easy to use in a standard way. Just didn't like the design (fully black and white) so you may think about adding some colors to not make the use of your service looks bored than effecient, as should make it harder to create a simple copy of your site (avoid scammers/thiefs).[/quote]
In order to launch the mixer as fast as it is possible we took a template layout offered by jambler.io platform keeping in mind the necessity to redo it (website layout) in the near future. Thank you for your comment.
- Signing the letter of guarantee with a PGP signature is the most effecient way to assume obligation towards your clients, and extreme security as well. (waiting for testers to confirm the signed letters as i don't have a pgp client installed)
We have a tutorial on how verify a PGP-signed message using Gpg4win which is published here -
https://jambler.io/howto.php#pgp if you need.
We also use a transparent approach - all the transactions could be checked in blockchain. If needed I can explain it in more detailed way.
- Maximum amount to be mixed for one order is 50BTC so how you aprove that you controle such big amounts (standardly we ask for a signed btc msg from a wallet holding that amount but i don't know how this may function with wallets held by exchanges) even you are using platform Jambler.io which i can assume that only few know about its system. As TryNinja said: After all, you don't have any reputation.
As I replied to TryNinja before - we use a different business model. we don't have to store in the core of our mixer over 50 btc, because we purchase output transactions through jambler.io from hundreds of traders from cryptocurrency stock exchanges. We usually have enough money to fulfil the volume of incoming orders. Even if there is a lack of money we can easily access to jambler's sellers database and purchase more transactions in a real time frame. You can also test how it works and register as a seller on jambler.io
- Fees: 5%+0.00015 BTC is a good offer for such anonymization level, especially for those willing to mix big amounts but this won't help you to start because they will also ask for much lower fees (mixing 50btc will cost about 2.5btc which is extremely high). Also it should be mentioned if the fees are applicable per one order or per one forwarding address.
We believe the level of anonymity we offer is worth paying up to 5% for it. We charge commission per order.
- Multiple addresses is a good feature but limited to only 2 so you may ameliorate this feature by adding more receiving addresses (may apply the fee for each one). Also, it should be mentioned how the mixed amount would be splitted between the addresses or let the user specify a percentage or split for his bitcoin.
As for offering more than 2 forward addresses - thank you, we plan to implement it in the near future. Coming back to flexibility and customization options as I've already mentioned in me reply to TryNinja - it is always customer's choice. We see this as a weak point from security standpoint.
Suggestions:
- Website should generate an ID number for each order; would help for complaints and reviews.
Again, using mixing ID's is not good for security reasons. I mentioned this in my reply to TryNinja, please see above.
- Delay time is fixed to 6 hours: Some sessions will hold small amounts that doesn't deserve to be delayed for up to 6 hours, when for big amounts, it is recommended to set long delay time to make chain-analysis harder.
According to our research 6 hour delay is enough to minimise the risk of volume analysis. We come from the following perspective - around 1000 transactions form 1 block, each block is mined on average in every 10 minutes, so we have over 36000 transactions to hide in, which is a pretty good statistical error.
- In the long run, a chat-support on the site or telegram would be nice to have as this would allow users to easily raise emergency concerns about the site if there are any technical issues occurring during the process in mixing their bitcoin.
Agree, thank you for the comment. We will definitely work this out and come to our audience soon with kinda omni-channel model.
