The input address for customer's coins is generated by Jambler.io and passed to us for every new order.

Due to the recent halving of Bitcoin and the spike in transaction fees caused by it, many crypto-related services are having to update their offers, and we have faced the same necessity.
To avoid processing smaller orders at a loss, the minimum amount for mixing and the fixed part of the mixing commission will have to be increased.
- The minimum amount for mixing will be raised from 0.001 to 0.005 BTC.
- The fixed part of the commission will be raised from 0.00015 to 0.0007 BTC.
These changes will be effective starting from June 1, 2020.

Anyway, MixTum is operational (both the clearnet site and the Tor mirror). Everything works smoothly, orders keep coming in.

That's what I was thinking.Normally, the commission is a random amount, so the refund should at least be random too.
And this won't help the users who paid a third party directly.
Shouldn't be any less private than a normal transfer from our system.
- Address A sends X BTC to another address.- Address B receives X BTC minus commission Y = final amount Z.
- Commission Y is sent to Address B (because of malfunction).
- Analyst knows Z because it is X minus Y.
