I sent coins to my windows wallet but i cant see coins.

you should download the fixed block chain, its a temporary fix for the fork
i hope that until tomorrow we will recompile the clients and release a new version

I had that to, since your client doesn't accept the "forking" at block 3426 is gets stuck there.it says: warning : displayed trans. may not be correct ! you need to upgrade , or other nodes may need to upgrade?

If you download the chain data that batman uploaded for us you will skip the 3426 block and start updating from later on, right into the main chain
edit:
i guess its some kind of bug in the "invalid chain" function bitcoin had a while back.
These altcoin simulations are actually really useful for the mature bitcoin community cause they point out bugs and scenarios that can be catastrophic to them
