where is cgminer for us ?

here's what happens when i try using the gpu miner with port 5555 (main reason why i've just been solo mining is i can't get it to work):



it's the same for all pools... i assume the issue is just something simple i'm doing wrong but thought this would help.

use port 1111 for gpu mining

Update:

There was some issues with the most recent pool code.  Zoidberg looked through the code and submitted fixes, at it appears everything is now functioning correctly.

I have reset all stats and have fresh code up now.

Aliases should also be working if anyone wants an alias let me know.

miners dumping probably?

we don't have as much publicity or big players to prop up the price. i mean monero has a 230 btc buy order at 390k sats on polo right now.

miners will mine and dump whatever is profitable. if it drops below a certain point they move on to something else. i have confidence that the bbr team has what it takes to make this a coin worth investing in and using.

it's easy to despair seeing it drop in price every week (as they say, don't invest what you can't lose). i feel bbr deserves attention so i'm not concerned about the spot price really. in fact i'm waiting on 1 btc to arrive on friday so i can grab some more 'cause no way is this worth less than 10% of xmr. i like to think of it as a small business

why the past tense?  

once the tech becomes more user friendly i think interest will pick up. the terminology is unfamiliar and troubleshooting consists of searching this and other CN threads to try to find an answer. just give time for the kinks to be smoothed out.

The difficulty did increase after OpenCL miner was released, but don't think it is too high for solomining - just be patient. If your rig is really week i think you are supposed to use http instead of stratum at pools, atm

Didn't had jet as much marketing as some other coins

Is the boolberrypool.com GPU pool working ?

This coin seemed so promising (from a market price perspective), with the GUI wallet, great/friendly dev and everything else - what happened?

CPU pools appear to be taking way to long to get BBR. We need a GPU pool to stop all the heavy hitting GPU solo miners. This coin will stall till this happens imo.

Changing wallets doesn't make any sense for the miner. You can use the same address for all your miners.
You can try to run 1 instance per GPU as described in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7934170

maybe it would be useful to say in the thread title something like "advanced CryptoNote" ?
i got the impression most people don't know that there are some serious things fixed in boolberry
would also consider to point out the lightweight design with less chain bloating

Got them all going on the rig with the AMD cards. I am thinking I need this wallet on rig with Nvidia cards also. I was trying to mine from the Nvidia to the AMD rig. Maybe I need seperate wallets on each rig.
