First of all, I am happy for it.

As for the proof... I personally think a video proof of withdrawal is a bit... much, although you're more than welcome to provide it if you want to. I think a link to TXID is more than enough, or simply that you both confirming that the case was solved. The community and people overseeing this case will understand that a common ground has been reached, given both sides stated [and thus agreed] that the case is solved.

I am marking this case as solved in my summary as well.

I am just glad that yours (as well as other cases have been resolved) - their "task force" has done a very nice job imo and I am really happy about it.

The representative said they'll try to solve the cases BC currently have, let's give them some time and some benefit of doubts to prove their words and solve them. As far as I know, they're currently trying to get to the bottom of the case with GekkeBelg, I'll try to get them to take another look for yours and earlypaco after Gekke's got solved. Meanwhile, although I can understand your annoyance, I'll beg for a little patience.

It's their problem for not visible or explaining the detail bonus maximum only can be won. BTW, taking a bonus + 50x wagering is not easy as is look (I have experience boosting these) on FJ and reached only 78% with the amount around 100$.

I think we already agree by seing some a few casino, is not only from (sportbook) user by casino user (should be have less issue comparing sportbook). Still got a problem, IMO the casino already just response and walk away once the issue (identified) as legit win. They try not to paid the winners.

i am pretty sure the 100$ max winning TnC was not always there and added sometime much after that first update

personally i dont think bc will pay but its essential to atlease put pressure on them so more people dont get baited like this in the future

I am going to give them until the end of the week. I have almost no DT power, but my feedbacks are displayed intermittently from default trust or depending on inclusions so they have some strength. I just think it's a long time already and I'm starting to think bc.game are taking the piss.

To make the record straight, I have no intention to pressuring them. My negative feedback was not to "force" them to compensate anyone, it's there in reflect to their recent inactions despite many attempts I've exhausted to invite them here, and to serve as a warning to every user to practice caution accessing their site for the time being

Appreciate your hard work guys: Don Pedro, HolyDarkness and Efialtis.
Unfortunately i could not see any '' glory '' on this (on having to '' pressure '' someone to do what's just RIGHT to be done)

None of this would be necessary if people were straight up HONEST and PROFESSIONAL.

Just to update this case, it's moving from CG's side. The mediator got in touch with BC's representative via Skype and [hopefully] it seems we're moving toward a solution. My tag will still stand as the cases are yet to be resolved, but once they are, I will quite likely change it to neutral with a proper comment explaining the tag and observe how they react to accusations in the near future before deleting them, or delete them right away as the situation being described on the current feedback will no longer be true.

This development also happens to earlypaco's CG thread.

Sorry for the late reply and after seeing the tag and the days that have passed I see that you already have the answers to your questions. Just to say that this case has made me look at your feedbacks and your trust list and I have added you. In this case I think the negative feedback is correct due to the lack of satisfactory answers to several threads. I put it neutral at first but I'm considering changing it to negative it's just that I'm going to wait a few more days after seeing efialtis' response.

I have asked them again and hope that this will be sorted out shortly. Sorry for my "inactivity", busy times and I did not really have the time to look into everything myself.

This is not only about this case but also about the other "similar" one: Even if Casino.Guru can be quite corrupt, sometimes playing games with operators, too, when they aren´t happy about something, it`s still worth something if you "win" a dispute. So, for example, if you have proof of BC.Game having changed the bonus terms afterward, then don`t stop and spam the s*** out of it - don`t take that literally but you know what I am trying to say.

I can tell that they are aware of the complaints here on Bitcointalk and I hope there is going to be a resolution asap.

Appreciate the pro-activeness/cooperation towards a resolution of not only my case but the other guy too (Which is same issue and same ruling as mine) buddies.
