I see holydarkness has tagged the casino and am considering doing so myself. I hate to see a site ruin their reputation and hope there is an explanation. If they agreed to an outside arbitrator, they should honor the ruling. Looks like they lost 2 rulings.

efialtis and icopress, do either of you have contact with the operators? According to their trust they both trust the casino still. Let's see if either can get a reply on these issues.

Not sure why BCGame was online today but no posts made yet, there must be a reason why they can't disclose information.
[...]

I've send them multiple PM as well for quite some time, informing them about the open cases against them, they barely responded to any of it although they went online not long after I sent them the PMs, or notify their TG representative to ask for their forum representative to come back online. That is one of the contributing factor of my consideration to place a negative feedback on their account, to warn the community as they're unresponsive.

It's already mentioned that this is a special case because it is under mediation from one trusted casino reviewer where both parties provided their pieces of evidence does this mean that a similar case or all cases will be under mediation and BC.GAME losses they are not going to take action and every scam accusation will be ignored.
Will this be their behavior now, just go on with their business and ignore every issue?

I believe they doing this because paying me and earlypaco over $10.000 does not seem like a desired outcome for them LOL  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin
So they got nothing to say and are playing '' silent '' then as a resort to avoid paying the winning since they know a bunch of fools will keep playing on their platform anyways regardless of ALL this unresolved scam accusations and they will keep earning money....

They have a huge marketing budget or are these their affiliates, I'm still seeing their banners on sites that publish
Code:
 a-ads.com/
banners it will not harm them if they pay $10000 rather than losing potential and existing players.

More like: '' AHHHH Man fuck those fools, it means nothing we are still earning big $$ anyways '' (that's how they think, and that's why they are silent).

OP or BC.Game? BC.Game's negative feedback was placed by me, it's there to warn the forum participants of the current situation the platform has. For OP... not sure why, I think he had a questionable history. A quick glance into their trust page gave a hint that his account changed hand and he immediately requested a loan? To be honest, I didn't really put the weight of his case into the scale as I was not overseeing his case, it's too... hard to navigate. A ruling made by AG was in OP's favor, though, they believe BC should honor the bonus --I only read the last post by their representative that's quoted by OP somewhere-- and paid him.

Yes, OP himself.

We are watching these threads as well, and also waiting for GekkeBelg to respond to our question.

efialtis was aware of these accusation to some extent, he was overseeing the case of BC v. GekkeBelg.

Holydarkness, why does the OP have negative trust rankings?

If they fail to honor their commitment Casino.guru will also give them a bad rating and possibly all the other casino review sites, they cannot keep ignoring these accusations and bad reports if they want to stay relevant to the gambling industry and be called a reputable casino.

BC.GAME has positive feedback from efialtis, which runs BTCGOSU. I don't know to what extent he is aware of these accusations. I think there is a member of my local forum who collaborates with him, I will ask him.

efialtis was aware of these accusation to some extent, he was overseeing the case of BC v. GekkeBelg.

Don, I am currently weighting between a neutral or a negative feedback based on the severity of the open cases against BC and the likelihood of financial loses. I am trusting your knowledge on this particular case, because... this one is kinda... hard to navigate, and I see you were there since the beginning, and I noticed you're also there overseeing other case with earlypaco. Do I understand that this case is very similar to earlypaco's, in sense that they both shared the same situation and outcome? Is there a difference between the two that's worth mentioning?
It becomes a special case when both parties agree to be under mediation and the other party fails to comply with the decision of the mediator in this case the one that is not yet complying is a casino platform, based on Casino.guru's timeline for BC.game to comply they still have three days to refute or to comply and their decision will have an impact in the gambling community, the complainant has a valid claim and supported by a reputable mediator.

hey don i saw your post on my other thread, so i'll reply here

my comment: Well if they are pursuant of a CIL license and not CEG, this is GOOD NEWS.
because this means i can STILL DISPUTE this $ winnings through their ACTUAL licensee then !

and that's exactly what i'll do if they keep up with the scam and do not pay, even after losing the case on casino guru

If i could get my hands on the owner of that shit, he would be a dead man in no time
there should be no place for scammers in this world
I also wish for a world that has no scammers but we are living in an imperfect world, I disable ads on one of my sites from one advertising network that keeps showing BC.Game, after I read the many reports about BC.GAME, they spent huge funds on advertising networks to promote their platform.

This happened to me as well, and same goes for anyone who did the deposit bonus that first week after the big update. 9900 was taken from me. I almost forgot this happened as it was only 9900 at the time, and I didn't even include this in my complaint (see my case here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bcgame-scam-cancelled-bonuses-and-revoked-150k-usd-balance-on-my-account-5473289).

I asked my host what happened afterwards. They basically said it was a display issue on their part and the actual deposit bonus is capped at $100 lol. However, the wagering requirement is still 40x whatever you deposited up to 10k (so 400k maximum wager requirement). So if you deposited 10k, you would have been mistakenly led into wagering 400k to win 10k, only to have 9900 subtracted from your balance when you completed the wager. That is what happened to me and many others as well. I highly doubt BC.Game will do anything about this unfortunately. Best of luck to you.

As I have been following your case in the other thread, I have left a neutral tag on the BC.GAME profile, which I may change to negative depending on developments. The bad news is that I'm not in DT2 right now and I'm only in DT2 intermittently, so it won't show up by default.

I also see that BC.GAME has two inactive flags that no one from DT members got involved in.

As a piece of advice, I would say that you should be careful with form and not overuse capital letters. Facts are what convince people; anger, even if it is legitimate, can make them back down.

For sure dinero self-control is not one of my best abilities, unfortunately
but i my best

thanks for the participation

UPDATE ABOUT MY CASE AGAINST BC.GAME SCAMMERS

FULL CASE EXPLANATION
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

what happened::i had a bonus of $129 usd deposited with 40x wager requirement ($5189 more or less) i have turned the $129 into $4000+ usd
and met the entire wagering requirement of $5189 which is insanely wrong it's definitely not 40x
as every bet counts only towards 20% of it's real value (ex: you place a $10 bet but in fact you counting only $2 towards the wagering rollover)
so this 40x/$5189 becomes almost $50.000,00 roll over, then !
given this conditions.

so i met them all and won $3409 (have it all recorded in video) at time when the money got removed from my balance all together and left me with $99 usd !
here's the image of the last bet made before the balance got disappeared/removed

link to the image: https://ibb.co/vz2s5sf

i want my winnings !
i have hustled them, and it was definitely super hard to achieve almost $50k worth of wagering at only 2% face value, with only a $129 initial bonus/deposit,  so you can't simply take them away.

this does = not exist
at all

who in their sane mind would sit down for 48 hours and keep '' playing '' games, to account to a 200x/$50,000.00 wager requirement and '' in the end '' pocket back only $100 bucks ?

this is non-sense, so they have to pay my $3400+ !!!!
i talked to chloe yesterday she said she escalated the ticket to the back end team to investigation/resolution.

can you kindly check on that and resolve these

specially because as can be seen on this photo here

https://ibb.co/p3mh39y

it claims the money was " withdrawable funds " so if it stated it was withdrawable funds, then it has to be paid.
so i await for a resolution for this, thank you.

reference link: https://help.bc.game/en/articles/8412942-a-comprehensive-guide-to-the-deposit-bonus-at-bc-game
amount scammed: $3428.13
payment method: $129 usdt
proof of payment: https://ibb.co/7y7sf26
pm/chat logs:
https://ibb.co/dr2kfry
https://ibb.co/xpmy3vk
additional notes: here is the video proof of the issue happening live https://streamable.com/5dlsna
(at the end of the video is the exact moment when they took away my balance after the wagering requirement has been accomplished/completed !)
on their terms there's nothing statingt that we cannot keep the withdrawable funds from the rollover area as stated on the arguments above, as well as cannot withdraw our winnings as per the link: https://help.bc.game/en/articles/8412942-a-comprehensive-guide-to-the-deposit-bonus-at-bc-game

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
THE CASE WAS OPENED A DISPUTE ON CASINO.GURU, WHICH THEY HAVE = LOST ENTIRELY

AND HERE'S THE FINAL CASE RESOLUTION RESPONSE PROOF

WE ARE BOTH OWED AROUND $10000.00 + USD BY THEM, '' COMBINED ''

MYSELF AROUND $3248 AND EARLY PACO OVER $7000

THE CASINO GURU STAFF HAVE PROCLAIMED THAT THEY SHOULD '' HONOR '' OUR WINNINGS, AND PAY THEM
BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING A DAMN ABOUT THE COMPLAINT ANYMORE AND SEEMS THAT THEIR INTENTION IS TO WALK AWAY WITH THE SCAM, THEN !
