I just browsed a bit and found some topics on the bc.game forum where they state they allow vpn (https://forum.bc.game/topic/10137-the-solution-on-the-issue-with-bc-being-blocked-in-some-contries/).
No moderator or admin ever replied on it so best would be to go into livechat and ask about it. I use a VPN on one casino because their livechat confirmed that they allow it.

Hope you took a screenshot of it and have kept it on your local storage. You never know when they clear the chats and use VPN against you.
I know the chances of that happening are very slim but never take a chance.
I have read that there was a casino once which update it's terms and conditions and didn't allow VPNs to use and the users didn't get a notification for it too.
So it's better to stay on the safer side.

I used a VPN for a while just to be able to play some providers that are not available for me... but that was last year, I haven't used a VPN for a long time. And I never had some problems because of that, generally, I never had deposit/withdrawal issues at BC.

To use VPN or not to use it will always be a tricky decision to make. With decent deposits/withdrawals and fair play (only slots I can't play otherwise), my experience is fine, I never had any problems. But who knows if everything would be fine in case of hitting some jackpot! Smiley

Checking further with the domain name, you will see it was registered in January 2018. The time is very near with their appearance in Bitcointalk.

They have already launched their campaign successfully on this forum, and they are running a good service if I'm not wrong. I know that sometimes it's hard for the sites to entertain each user when they have huge number of users on their platform. However, we can't say that their customer support is dead. If you have any issues then you should contact their live support team, and you should wait for their reply. Sometimes on such sites the replies take sometime due to huge number of users in queue. I don't think that they are going to close down because if they really wanted to end their platform then they won't launch their signature campaign. icopress is the manager of their campaign, and it's going to start from this Monday. I hope that's enough to make you sure that they aren't closing down their service.

Please don't use capitals. I don't really get 100% what you are saying, but casinos are not a charity and every casinos wants to make a profit otherwise they will need to close the books. I can only say that I received payments from them (some time ago) and with me multiple members but if you choose not to believe it, that's fine by me.

@mumu, try to contact efialtis from BTCGOSU, he has a close contact with BC.game. Another option could be icopress as bc.game hired him as a campaign manager. They would be able to help you out and solve this case.

Let's forget about logic. But you may want to agree that not all of them are spam. Maybe half of them(or more) are genuine reviews? If someone has no issues, why would they write something negative? The Irony is; People don't write when they get good service. But people write about it when they get bad service.

BTW, Bitcointalk is also a scammer (because it asks evil fees) if you count Trustpilot reviews  Wink

You yourself answered the concern in these two lines. If TrustPilot and review sites like them had a balance for both positive and negative experienced feedback then you could consider the ratings are fair.

No business can have 100% satisfied clients. Even with a 10% unsatisfied customers and eighty percent from this 10% is going to leave the bad review but only less than 0.5% from the remaining ninety percent from the happy customers can make the overall a 2.5 star of the scale of 5 star.

When customers are happy they don't care to spend a single second for a review or feedback type things but when anything is wrong they will try to use every single opportunity to solve their problem, it's not surprise.
