Hello everyone.
Today my account problem is solved and it's unblocked after 26 days. As I mentioned before, I was sure that I didn't do anything against rules. The result got too much time, but finally done.

I search on google and found a result if "account at risk" is where the account mostly have broke the casino rules [1] I believe you're lying and trying to blame bc.game while actually you're the one who did fault. Anyway since the representative in this forum isn't active since last year, you can ask on their forum, maybe their representative want to reply you.

Solosanz - it's incredible, these guys reply here in the forum from 2 accounts, it's already raising many red flags, they don't even bother explaining why they think their account was closed/banned, they just say they never received any response, and they're spamming this thread - reminds me of these users who used their brother/sister's passports to scam Stake and then complained in the forum here that Stake scammed them (Stunna at least posted a few times here telling how they tried to exploit certain holes).

I'm done talking to "these" 2 users.


who the fck are you kid. keep getting money from casinos and do your job like a bot. nobody asked your idea, you started to blame users and trying to hide problem here.

you can ask on their forum, maybe their representative want to reply you.
Probably they won't receive any response from the support by creating a topic about their issue in BC.game forum. I have seen several topics regarding this matter on their forum. User receives this error message if their account gets blocked for abusing the bonuses. I have already told it to VahidLeo in my previous post. Perhaps, none of them have any deposited funds stuck in their account.

No, it's not the reason. The delay of response is happening to other users too. They have a lot of requests. I think they should prepare new way to solve issues. 25 days delay is really too much.

Problem is starting here mate. They dont answer from anywhere when you go telegram and say 'my account closed' mods only can say you 'go live support or mail' nothing more. And when you go live support they only saying go mail  , and when you sent mail them they dont answer you. Sounds like not SCAM? Just asking. I'm not even talking about their forum. It seems like ghost casino.

Once again, nobody is asking you to advocate for other users, although you are welcome to start a project (e.g. GoFundMe) and raise funds to help "players", if that's what you wish to do, you and the other users are replying here one after another and I'm considering taking myself out of the loop since I do not believe you are posting here with good faith, I believe in helping users with genuine issues, and I'm advocating for playing fair, but something tells me you guys are simply not playing it fair - and this is why you have "issues" with the site.

The only concern I have is that only newbie accounts are posting accusations, I've never seen an accusation from a 'veteran' user in this forum - and likewise the fact "you" and 'dutchman1012' are posting one after another in this thread doesn't raise the credibility of the claim.

I can only tell you whenever I needed support I received it perfectly well via Live Chat on their site. That's my experience and I am not working for them like you claim neither.
