Where is the section i should open a scam report ?
I have all evidences though (the video recording and photos of everything)
So can you shed a small light here on the formal proccess ?

You can create a scam accusation thread on this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0. Follow the format below for the proper presentation of your thread.

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

There’s no guarantee that bc will answer to your question in there but their reputation might put in jeopardy here once they proven scam you and didn’t made any action about.

Thank you the 2 last buddies who posted and helped !
I have opened a scam report about them already here on the forums

Here's the thread, then: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bc-game-scamming-me-out-of-my-bonus-winnings-5469201

Thanks for the help, folks.

I had a bonus of $129 usd deposited with 40x wager requirement ($5189 more or less) i have turned the $129 into $4000+ USD
and MET the ENTIRE wagering requirement of $5189 which is INSANELY wrong it's definitely NOT 40x
as every bet counts only towards 20% of it's real value (ex: you place a $10 bet but in fact you counting only $2 towards the wagering rollover)
so this 40x/$5189 becomes almost $50.000,00 roll over, then !
Given this conditions.

So i MET THEM ALL and pocketed $3409 (have it ALL RECORDED IN VIDEO) at time when the MONEY GOT REMOVED from my balance all together and left me with fucking $99 USD !
What kind of joke is this bro ?

Here's the image of the LAST BET made before the balance got disappeared/removed

Link to the image: https://ibb.co/vZ2s5SF

I want my WINNINGS bro !
I have HUSTLED them, and it was DEFINITELY SUPER FUCKING HARD to achieve almost $50k worth of wagering at only 2% face value, with only a $129 initial bonus/deposit,  so you can't simply take them away from me.

I’m not particularly sure about the terms of bc.game about bonuses but you should check if there’s a max win limitation for all the bonuses since some has this tricky rule which will make you have limited profit no matter how much you turn your balance in the end.

I believe bc.game has 100$ max profit on that particular bonus that’s why you are left with that amount. It’s really sounds unfair if there’s that kind of rules on the ToS. Much better to open scam accusation thread to have a formal complaint. Provide too the ToS screenshot to make sure everything is followed properly.
The annoying thing if that's true, the term chasing bonuses is a waste of time convinces me even more.

The rules are complicated and difficult to understand, so this kind of thing can happen to anyone, therefore I personally never hunt for any bonuses for any bets.
Huppttt.... I'm waiting for what happens next, and how bc.game can explain what happened to you @Jannn.

Bet brother so can you give a small help in this regard ?!

Just contact CS service or the bc.game representative on this forum first, be enthusiastic and hopefully we will get a continuation.

This does = NOT EXIST
at all

Who in their SANE mind would sit down for 48 hours and keep '' playing '' games, to account to a 200x/$50,000.00 wager requirement and '' in the end '' pocket back only fucking $100 bucks ?

This is NON-SENSE bruh, they have TO PAY MY $3400+ !!!!
I'll fight for it.

Specially because as can be seen on this photo here

https://ibb.co/p3MH39y

it claims the money WAS WITHDRAWABLE and nothing on their bonus terms said the money has the right to FORFEIT our winnings, so there's a miss on the bonus terms here and we can get paid our winnings/the '' withdrawable '' amount, which is EXPLICITLY marked on their system '' AS SO '' !

We have to TEAM UP and fight for it / complain, otherwise our voice won't be heard !

SViP 5(15 mil wagered) and they did this to me i wagered the bonus and st the end all i recieved was $100 they claim it said that was the max but it didn’t, then on theyre new bonuses you can only play originals and they only couny as 5% to the wager so the bonus is a 40x rollover but with originals only counting as 5% its really s 200X rollover and all you keep if you beat the bonus is the original bonus funds.

If you ask me its a sham. I complained to joe as hes my host but he dont say much to me

Hi all,

Is there any known issue in regards to the deposit bonus at bc.game?
Might be a temporary issue on my account which I've put to support.. anyone else had this problem?

james
You’re not really specific on what might be the issue at your end. A little specification to what is, would bring about a more directional response to what might be the case and how to handle whatever the case is with the bonus system on your account.

By the way, there are several promotional bonuses that is on going on the site. Some might come with T&C as it’s customary with not just the site but, bonus systems on every other site with regards to access and usage.

The 100% deposit bonus which can play out in having to fund the exact amount you were given a bonus on is what I think I have seen and that would be some means to gain access and usage in bets. That’s hardly an issue but, simply the T&C at play.

Can I ask why the locking feature was implemented?

Just tested the site today with high rolling and it looks like it's forcing you to wager your own deposit - why not do what Stake is doing, you can deposit and must wager at least once (not twice, even if the odds don't matter)... or maybe it's only once but sports wagering doesn't count and then it needs to be fixed?

To be honest, their wagering requirement (I think 400x) is just incredible high and it doesn’t make sense. I know we debated about this in the past but I can’t be convinced that the requirements need to be that high, this is something they should revisit and modified in my eyes.
@efialtis, great to hear everything was processed quickly!

I can only speculate and I reckon that the team's reason might be because they are presently trying to gather a loyal group of users who who are longterm bettors for BC.game. They might also want more users who will be leaving their funds on the site than the players who immediately withdraw after playing. I reckon similar to a banks, this might be easier and helpful for the site's internal cashflow.
Well, there is never a time it's even recommended or advised that gamblers should leave funds in their gambling accounts on the casino, no matter how good and reputable the casino is,  it is important to always know that anything can happen which can lead to unexpected loss of funds..

And besides, a company, whether it be a gambling casino or exchange or whatever, should never depend on users deposits, as a means for them to be liquid, so as to be able to pay settle withdrawals peacefully, else, such platform could be running a ponzi scheme.

Agreed and read the reply, I never made any recommendations that anyone should leave their funds in their accounts in any type of casino or sportsbook. I was only speculating on what BC.game's strategy is for growth of loyal players in the casino.

Gambling casinos is a centralized platform, so it is not really ideal to store your funds right there if you are an active gambler better to transfer those assets into your own wallet and just keep a small amount in the casino this will serve as your starting point again if the platform gets down you don't need to worry too much because you know on yourself that is just a small portion for your gambling entertainment and not as your whole asset right there.

With some reasons, you could find users doing this when good or seizable amounts are involved, it becomes a not do.
You can agree with me that the need of having to fund every single time you intend to take a bet or gamble can be exhausting and the time you need to wait on confirmation especially, in cases where your based currency for funding is bitcoin or some other established altcoin out there.

This makes leaving some amount that could see you through some bets a matter of necessity if you’re sure to gamble. Otherwise, you don’t have that need.
Needless to say, gambling sites are centralized and as such, they have full authority over your funds on there platform and so, leaving it there comes with some risk.

There is a spin to win promotion on BC.games right now, ideal for new users and you could easily gamble with it along with other unwavering promotions. You guys could try it out.

It's same with centralized exchanges. Don't leave your money there too long. Don't leave a money which is bigger than what you afford to lose on a centralized exchange account. You can lose it anytime by hacks, account termination, KYC mandatory policy, scam exit. I am sorry but there are many reasons to not store big money in online accounts that don't give you private keys.

Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts
Cryptocurrency security checklist

I would like to point out "Don't store a lot of money in an online account", no matter what service it is. But each of us (me for sure) has some amount we are comfortable leaving in the casino or exchange, for all sorts of reasons... staking or simply waiting for some free time and another gambling/trading session.

I guess we have all seen casinos and exchanges fail, but somehow I was lucky to avoid almost all of them... before they go down there are always some clues.
But everyone doesn't have the same luck, maybe this time you are always safe but don't know how long your luck will be useful and you are beside you, everyone has their respective unfortunate points, and we must anticipate it before it happens, so don't Because you feel lucky you arbitrarily keep money in the casino or CEX because we don't know for an hour when you are distracted.

I personally have been saved money in the casino but if I win in a bet I keep a small part of my money to play tomorrow, maybe for some betting and slot bets, but indeed if you don't want to lose it without realizing it if there is a mistake, never keep The money there is a very wise decision.

Thought this might be of interest to some - BC.Game keeps processing withdrawals really quickly - just withdrew $6.8k and literally arrived in my wallet within 30 seconds. Thumbs up!
I'm a new user at BC games, I made a deposit and played, when I wanted to make a withdrawal I read "Notice: For security purposes, large or suspicious withdrawals may take 1-6 hours to audit. We appreciate your patience!"

I thought it happened but it didn't, my withdrawal was made instantly and what I like is that when registration is instant I feel more comfortable being here
As long as your account is not flagged and you don't cheat, even if you play honestly, I'm sure there won't be any problems with your account. Some casinos also do things like instant and fast withdrawals. Unless your account is really flagged, it usually takes a long time for the withdrawal process and they will perform an audit usually taking a few hours or a few minutes.

Bc.games seems like a big site too so there are no problems with big withdrawals either, I also often play here apart from Stake, therefore there have never been any problems on this site, I make withdrawals and deposits as usual without any problems, it all depends on Each person's point of view, I'm just saying based on experience too.

You are spot on. It might be better than a deposit bonus and we are not forced to wager to unlcokc our BCD, it is also not appealing to do it, just because of the high wagering requirement. Personally, I would be tempted a lot more to unlock some of the locked BCD is the requirement would be a lot lower and closer to like 40 or 50x.

Lol No doubt about it but no casinos will do it because it will be bad for their bankroll. 40-50x is standard wagering requirement for deposit bonus, it wont be possible to be implemented to unlock the BCD in BC.game. If you own a casino with the same system, pretty sure you will not implement 40-50x or even 100x for the requirement to unlock your own coin which can be converted to real money. Casino is calculating every promotion/bonuses so it will be healthy for them to run it without a big risk to affect their overall bankroll/financial.
