That article doesn't even provide evidence for its claims, it just throws baseless accusations

Are You Kidding Me? This is just a mean guy! I'll not surprise if this "independent" writer got a "Donations" from Monero team.

Your article is bullshit! Your logic is like "Oh, he's from North Korea cause he's wearing red socks but as you know the red is the color of North Korea flag! That's it! He's a murder!"

I was respected you before....but now...you smells like a shit!

No donations from anyone -- ever.

Talk about my logic, your jokes are as scammy as BCN.

If Bytecoin is going to offer news, then they ought to substantiate it.

Anyone can say, "You, know, BCN is getting really popular in Canada, many churches are accepting it on their facebook accounts. Trust me, it is true. I heard someone talking about it."

Were is the evidence?

If they are going to report the news, they ought to check their sources.

Monero

Why are you bringing up another coin?

Address the substance of the issues, especially the claims that have been made and are being made by the Bytecoin team (or alleged Bytecoin team) and whether they check out and can be verified. Either they do or don't.

In this case, they most certainly don't, which I guess answers my original question. If you can't win on facts, fight with obfuscation.

Yep. Total bullshit. They think we are stupid enough to fall for such stunt.

I give an open challenge:

I have some acquaintances in India. If you (@BCN_official, do you hear me?) give me the names of just 2 of the temples that accept Bytecoin within next 24 hours, I will have my friends in India pay a personal visit to those temples and make a donation. This will be a solid publicity for Bytecoin, right? RIGHT?

So let's just do it and give me just 2 temples within 24 hours.
Relax bro, she never answered to direct questions, just spread marketing bullshit....

Is this coin premined?

Everything is clear beside 0 fee. How it is possible? When I don't pay my fee, 'miner' doesn't receive his money... What will happen if all coins will be on network (no block reward) - how will you transfer your coins if there is no gain to process them?

Bytecoin Now Accepted In Indian Temples: Bytecoin Added As A Donation Method In The Indian Temples

http://cryptocoindaddy.com/bytecoin-now-accepted-in-indian-temples/

Can you name those temples?
The article is clearly a clickbait which says 'many' temples are accepting Bytecoin but doesn't name any. Also, no official announcement from the dev team. This is clearly wrong news.

The article in question is now updated to cite the sources of the "Temple" news. BCN_Official cited it as well. Maybe you should read more often.

Read all that. Still no names of any temples. I will believe it when i see it, not some random uncredited article on internet.

That was the point of the other blog -- I didn't clarify:

This one: https://thecryptopapers.com/2017/08/29/bytecoin-dont-mess-with-india/

That there are layers of B.S. here.

Exactly...name those temples. Better yet, have that new Indian BCN Community Manager post a Youtube video. "This is Sikh Somebody...today he has accepted some BCN on his facebook account. He can't spend it, but he can hold it..." Huh?

I mined some bytecoin, and lost more than 80% of it trading I didn't take it serious just interested in the technology. If these guys are greedy when they pre-mined the coin they lost a good amount of it already.

What kind of retarded logic fail is this. Because you are an idiot when it comes to trading and lost 80%, that means the Bytecoin team did too? WTF?!

I took it as he claimed to be part of the bcn team. But if the team lost money in trading their own coin, they are greedy. And this is a sign that a coin cannot survive. I believe that a lot of greedy devs are speculating with their own coins, this making their coin die.

Indeed human mankind is living with the wrong economy in their brain. I'm a retard for sure, and I'm sure that humans are retards without a single exception. And for retards there is a complementary economy that cannot fail. Because retards are not able to speculate, they are simply rebalancing. Rebalancing is a passive strategy, so does not need any intellectual property, and results in a gain narrow above the average. There does not exist such thing like "intelligence" or "rationality" with humans, they are arrogant beasts only.

Somebody remembers the study about apes, that are winning against all professional investors long term? You should be prepared for your near future, humans! Natural rules are applying to you the same way as they apply to the rest of this planet.

https://coinreport.net/temples-india-increasingly-accepting-bytecoin-donations/#comment-165255

Temples in India are increasingly accepting bytecoin (BCN) as donation, according to a press release CoinReport received from bytecoin’s team, which received the news from BCN’s Indian community manager, Pundit Pawan Sharma.

The trend started with gurudwaras, which are places of worship in the Sikhism religion, in the cities of Delhi, Cochin, Madurai and Amritsar, says the release.

Temples are reportedly happy to accept bytecoin donations because cash usually sits idle with them, and being not-for-profit organizations, they are prohibited by the government to invest the donated funds. Bytecoin carries a liberation, as even if the temples save it in their wallets, they will see the price rise as others trade the digital currency on exchanges.

The biggest benefit that donors as well as the temples receive is no charge on the transaction. All that temples must do is generate a QR code for their wallet address and send it to their followers’ community using Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp and other instant messaging apps. Community members share and spread the QR code with more followers.

Bytecoin is a digital currency where transactions are impossible to trace back. It enables very fast international remittances the world over, with the sender staying completely anonymous. “Gupt Daan” (Anonymous Donation) is already considered a supreme deed in the Hindu religion.

Hinduism is the main and majority religion of India, with over 79.8% of the population identifying themselves as Hindu, that accounts for roughly 966 million Hindus in India as of the official 2011 census report.

life is simple!
I would bet that the "Security algorithm enhancement" is the fix but I have not heard an official comment...

Yes, this issue has been fixed long time ago. Version 2.0.2 is secure and stable, as always. More info here:
https://bytecoin.org/news/bytecoin-2.0.2-software-update/

Bytecoin v2.0.2 is available here: https://bytecoin.org/downloads/

I think this is enough to understand that he is developing

Where can i download the blockchain? the one in bytecoin.org is corrupt, i downloaded 3 times and the file is damage.

You should keep our eyes open and make us pay attention. My question here is, the fake date on the blockchain does it make the network insecure?

Yes it pretty much does. Anonymity is basically shot when one entity controls 80% of the supply and generated fake transaction traffic to populate years of blocks.

Haha, I can see how anxious you are at the moment. Bytecoin is now stronger and faster.

Lol.. You can't see shit, you moronic BCN fail-boy... Cheesy

Edit - Also, why is XMR worth 100.68x your pathetic shitcoin? ... exactry.... Tongue

Stop hating. Give people freedom of choice. Everyone knows that the monero will always be second. Let's see what Bytecoin will achieve in a year. If you are so sure that the monero is a god. Then go to the forum thread monero, there and masturbate together. Thank you for understanding. Sorry for my English.

Monero, a child of bytecoin can be better than it's parent coin but it doesn't mean that BCN needs to be called a shitcoin, afterall monero is a fork of it.

winter is comming...............for the nights are dark and full of terror
today i see it in freewallet 1K BCN = 2.54USD and before the winter is gone i see it in flames 1 BCN = 2K XMR
I swear it by the old gods and new.
