This is the most ridiculous post that I have read here in the Altcoin section for a while. But that doesn't surprise me, since the OP is a noob without a single merit point. Why we should be contended with whatever scraps the bounty manager throws towards us? We are not beggars. We are demanding a decent salary for the job that we are doing.
Different people have different views and attitudes and I guess for some bounty hunters could have been fed up already with their participation especially those who happen to be not being paid off due to scam ICO's that just left behind the participants in mid air. Bounty hunters had spend their time and effort and kind of unfair on the side of the bounty hunters for not being rewarded after the campaign period was over. I too had experienced that thing and in my case, what can I do since it is beyond our control and will just have accept it as a bad experience. Need to move on and look for another bounty project that you think might be good to participate and being rewarded soon.
I am very happy to accept your tips, but I believe that most hunters don't complain that there are too few rewards, but we spent a lot of time without getting any rewards! This is very frustrating!
We don't really know what is reason why they complain to their reward maybe the reward they got is only a little to the total reward they really get. Maybe they bave stake did not count during couting post or anything . Better to know the reason between the manager and bounty hunter.
you are wrong, because their bounty hunter is not satisfied because the bad management and the campaign they are following is not in accordance with the agreement. we bounty hunters never protested when everything was in accordance with the rules but we also did not beg when betrayed. Before bounty hunters earned a lot but now tokens are at its lowest value and bounties are paid lower. So maybe we can be at least live with it.

Bounty hunters are not protected by anyone. We may be wasting our time with fraudulent projects, and we will not be able to do anything if the end of the BM campaign says, "the pool has dropped 10 times due to confusion" .
If you do 10 campaigns, 7 dead campaigns, 1 scam campaign, the only campaign you get bonuses, the listing on the exchanges is divided 10, 20 times! How will you react when it takes 3, 4 months?

We all as a bounty hunters are not the same. You worked hard for some time almost 9 months for the ICO projects and afterwards you received coins not in the page or writing which was agreed upon in the beginning of the campaign ending up receiving less than a dollar? Wow. How can you not complain if they change the rules? Did you get the point of any bounty hunters complaining and whining? If in the beginning they told that rules are subject to changes then that was it, but there was no clear rules so why change it suddenly in distribution.
Bounty hunters are outraged, they are paid few dollars for months of works. Bounty pools have been reduced many times and project don't want to pay in time. Bounty hunters are marketing partners of ico project and they must be respected. What icos are doing to bounty hunters is a reason of failed ico.

Some bounty hunters are not contented about the reward in a valid reason behind it. Some ICOS do not provide really the exact reward that they've stated and sometimes they also decrease the reward without reason.
I don't think bounty hunter could blame the Dev or ICO because they got less and less reward, moreover with they use trash attitude to complain to the dev.
the small amount of reward is mainly because the crypto market condition, back in the day when crypto market is good no matter what bounty I am joining it always make a good fortune of money, but now, I really need to do a deep deep research to find a good bounty, and sometimes in the end it is still not worth my time. I was joining 5-6 bounty at a time, social bounty, article, signature, but now I only join 1-2 bounty that I think will worth spend my time.

theres just some bounty campaign that were not so fair with some bounty hunters thats why hunters complain about their rewards
There is always a 2 side of the story, in some situations you will see the bountyhunter is the one in the wrong but in other situations, you can see that the managers or the team behind the project are the one in the wrong. There is a lot of managers that allowing a good period of time for complaining before they finalize their sheets and to be honest that's how things should get done.
I think bounty hunting is just like gambling but the capital is your hard work. We are not spending any amount of money on bounty but we spend our time on it. It is really hard to gain on bounty specially when we don't even know what will be the out come of the project that we promote and the profit the we get is only depend on the softcap. If we the sell sis not reach soft cap we get nothing. That is why cheaters with thier altcoin is scattering here on bounty feild and they really sometime reap on campaign and gain a lot of tokens because sometimes bounty hunting is not that profitable.
Now participation in the bounty is not as profitable as it was before. Previously, hunters could earn a few thousand dollars per month, and today, many bounty reduce the pool of payments, and from this payments become very small. Therefore, hunters are outraged.
The other reason many cheater and scammer also make us bounty hunter not easy to gain big reward,even so many bounty manager using strict rules the cheater always find way to join.
