I can't blame them though, when I have been one of them someday. But time passes and everybody who isn't being taught by us, will learn this lesson the hard way (experience and losses).

Yes youre right the best thing to do right now is wait for the alts to recover its price maybe a month or two or maybe a year so maybe for the mean time just forget about your coins and be back when everything is all recovered its price.
better to be a long holders than moving away with a certain loses, seeing how bleeding the market right now, much better to stop looking at the current value because the next thing that will happen is for you to sell out and accept the big loses that you have.

its better to do nothing if you dont have enough skills to make speculations, the price will rise up for a long term, if we dont aim to make fast money, we can make more profits
I think it is wise to be patient in this kind industry. If we see the market situation, the users really need to be patient. So many users do not be patient because they see the price decrease and they are afraid if they will loss. It is really weird if we yell at social media when the price is going down. Just hold and wait patiently. You will get more profit in the next few months.

- Developers can't work 24 hours a day
- don't check the twitter or ANN every hour
- a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient..
If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.

Some of them, who tired of trading/bounty/searching ICOs, just invest in cloud mining services (ZUMMINER, for example) and got passive income.
Are you really serious injecting the "cloud mining" thing? Many of the bitcoiners here tagged "cloud mining" as a ponzi scheme. Will only last for months and probably disappear, I cannot blame them for that is what's happening.

First of all we need to make sure that we invest in projects which have active devs working on its respective projects. Once you successfully find one, then invest it it. The key is to be patient in every instance since the price is not going to magically skyrocket.
Though it is not a guarantee that waiting always comes with great rewards but I think its a way better strategy. There are some coins that i disposed earlier in which values have multiplied several times already. And there are those that i kept for seemingly an eternity which value didn't rise at all and even dipped much. My strategy now is that for bounties, i hold them as long as I can, but for those that i put in some investment like ICO, I usually dump them right after market release. For the rest, i trade them depending on their market performance as for my investment to be liquid enough.
Indeed, sometime long-term investments can be fatal. There is a coin/token will becomes less valuable and eventually dead. Therefore, we are should be more careful in choosing it.

To earn profits requires a lot of patience, because with the patience of profits will definitely be obtained. Without the patience the risk of losing it is enormous, it takes patience in making a profit.
thats true... the market is volatile so with the right investments you can wait few months without any profits, and then become a millionaire in 2 months
