You can feel like you're better than everyone else while deep down knowing death is a natural part of life and it is only cruel from the perspective of a human mind which has been afraid of death  ever since the first caveman realised that his fellow caveman wasn't just sleeping.

Having said that, I am against any and all cruelty to animals. Suffering serves no purpose in life.

Benefit of Vegetarian? I thought Being vegetarian will give you a healthy lifestyle it goods to your body but before you do that you need to very discipline to your self mostly with your friends when you are having food trip you need to adjust or maybe you will pass, that's the consequences you need to know but the benefits are so good your internal body and digestion of your food in your body are so excellent because of vegetables.

I am not sure for all the benefits of being vegetarian. I think you are more susceptible to illnesses as you are missing basic elements in your body that helps you in giving you energy

a healthier lifestyle, nutrition and vitamins from fresh vegetables and fruits make the body healthier and can avoid various diseases. The skin becomes healthier because consuming vegetables that contain lots of minerals can beautify and nourish the skin. Can reduce weight, consume lots of vegetables and fruits that contain lots of fiber can smooth digestion and keep the stomach to stay full longer and low in calories. Last and foremost is to save money because animal meat has a more expensive price compared to fresh vegetables and fruits.

Vegetarian people are very good at health, many people are currently losing weight by eating vegetables made from vegetables, vegetarian diet helps to balance hormone. I like the vegetarian =)

1. Low blood pressure: In the latest study, researchers found that not only do vegetarians have lower blood pressure on average, but that vegetarian diets could be used to lower blood pressure among people who need an intervention.

2. Lower risk of death: A 2013 study of more than 70,000 people found that vegetarians had a 12 percent lower risk of death compared with non-vegetarians. With none of the saturated fat and cholesterol that clogs arteries, vegetarians may be at a lower risk for chronic diseases overall.

3. Better moods: A 2012 study randomly split participants into a three diets: all-meat allowed, fish-only, and vegetarian no-meat. The researchers found that after two weeks, the people on the vegetarian diet reported more mood improvements than those on the other two diets.

Looks very tempting but I don`t believe in such kind of surveys that were probably conducted by British scientists.  Grin

Your mood depends on yourself. Blood pressure depends on many factors, so it`s weird to take into account only meat consumption.

Being a vegetarian is better than eating meat and any other kind of process food because natural eating benefits us good health and are immune system preventing many kind of diseases. Being a vegetarian is one of a very nice way of being a physically fit and physically healthy

However, a group of researchers has found that diets from plants and low-fat diets can benefit patients. The study showed that 42 people with migraine were randomly assigned to either a vegetarian diet, or a placebo supplement for 26 weeks. The results show that vegetarians significantly reduce pain, as well as body weight and cholesterol levels.
