Vegetarians are very good for the body, because these foods are low in fat and non cholesterol. Because cholesterol and fat that cause many diseases, like heart, diabetes, and stroke. With vegetarians will be spared from the deadly disease.

I was a vegetarian for about 11 months, at that time I felt different, I was more calm and quiet, sometimes even through too much. I feel better when I eat meat.

I think it has good benefits for our health because vegetables are naturally occuring and do not have so much chemicals compared to meat products. I saw animals having good and healthy body more often because they do not consume meat products or synthetic products directly.

but still, even a little meat should be consumed for human consumption, as there is protein, vitamin B12, iron, vitamins A, E, D, phosphorus and this is not in vegetable food
