The benefit of vegetarianism is that it reduces the risk of cancer
Vegetarian foods contain high levels of fiber and fatty acids so vegetarians are less likely to die from cancer of the mouth, throat, prostate and colon. Fiber reduces the decline of primary bile acid into secondary substance - a substance that has been shown to cause cancer of the colon.

One of the benefits of vegetarianism is that it helps to calm the mood. Obviously, horses, elephants, cattle and other vegetable-eaters are gentler and closer than tigers, bears and wolves. Even home-grown dogs sometimes bite their owners. .

The process of slaughtering or hunting also causes people and predators to become brutal and violent. Meat and animal blood also contain more stimulants than herbs, so humans and carnivores are easily excitable.

In contrast, vegetarians, with their main foods being fruits and vegetables, grains and fruits, are more peaceful. The consumption of food from nature also makes vegetarian people feel peaceful, peaceful.

In addition, animals, like humans, know pain, fear of death. They feel the moment is about to be slaughtered to have screams, the child insisted not to walk, the child is helpless to tears.

We all feel pain when we cut our hands, bleeding, then how much pain will be if the neck is cut, ejaculation ... Therefore, the vegetarian diet helps people express love of all species, increase lustful and selfless. From there the mind is happy and relaxed.

One of the benefits of vegetarianism is that it promotes health and longevity. Some say that vegetarian food can not compensate for the lack of protein needed in the body. Others claim that plant protein is not homologous to replace animal protein. Then the species of buffalos, cows, horses, elephants ... where meat is eaten but still full of protein and always healthy normal, even bigger body than other animals

In fact, the protein consists of 22 amino acids, of which only eight are needed for human needs and are sufficient in whole grains and legumes. Sometimes more than processed meats.

It is doesn't matter if you are vegetarian or not. What does matter is how do u eat and combine different products, how often do u eat junk food or sweets. Also if you do sport or not.

Being vegetarian is kind of hype these days.

It can satisfy all your nutritional requeriments, it's better for the digestion process, eating animal fat is bad for your body so when you remove it from your diet, you will also remove the detrimental effects it has on your health life.

There were environment news just last week saying that giving up meat and dairy is one of the best ways to help the environment. I'm just curious though if going vegetarian is an affordable kind of lifestyle? What about families who live in farms and ranches where meat and dairy are the most accessible goods? It would definitely be a costly and difficult lifestyle change for them.
