I chose the ethereum because its value is stable and is perfect when used to invest long term. In addition it can also litecoin, lite coins are also great to invest though not as good as the ethereum
What about Neo ? It is currently under review to become the first legit coin in China, when this come true, the price will jump to the moon.

If I invest in alt coins, I would still prefer Ethereum. I think that the ETH has gradually recognized worldwide. And because of this, more and more investors are investing in ETH. Soon, maybe next year we will expect the skyrocketing value of Ethereum.

This is a good list but I feel that you missed out NEO & LTC both are good enough for long term investment. Lets hope that the bull run of Bitcoin will come down soon. Only then the alcoins will grow beyond a certain point. For me below are the coins which are best for investment.

I'd say it is not too late to jump on the deeponion wagon. All the privacy coins will only rise ang gain popularity, and onions are real cheap still..

eth is more safety and real invesment in future . eth used by platform and always needed for fee

I would definitely say ethereum is your best option for an altcoin. It is my favorite option for a long term hold right now. Has been steadily climbing and I believe there is still space for growth.

Is there such a thing as the best altcoin.? I do not know how to determine the criterion according to exactly how these standards are determined .. Bitcoin since the beginning of this year I think was valued at 20x times. past due 1 year. it is probably a very good success. actually very good success and gain. but looking at the other altcoins, ethereum from $ 5-7 dollars per year at the beginning of the year up to $ 500. probably 100x times as much, but still the most talked about is "bitcoin". I still can not say exactly "that coin" is really the best altcoin.

I would totally agree with you on the ETH part, to be honest most of the other coins I don't even know, but Ethereum is by far the best long-term investment. Just think of all the potential it has, it will be the main network for decentralized applications. There might not be any used at the moment, but at some point we'll be seeing people willing to use them because they will offer real value that will benefit many. And in order for these people to use these applications they'll have to buy GAS, and that will be done by buying ETH. And that's not all, when Ethereum goes to PoS everyone that will have Ether will be able to validate transactions (unlike mining) and earn a steady passive income, how awesome is that?
