I'm working along with the SuperNET guys and I am a Notary node operator for Komodo. For you to say that Komodo won't change any thing is very closed minded. You're talking about a platform that will incorporate a decentralized exchange (InstaDex), a multicurrency wallet (Iguana), and a token that has fiat asset chains for stability (KMD). That's not including the anonymity of zsnarks and the security of using dPoW.

I don't own any XMR ( though I have been trading in and out of them). however, one thing has struck me recently. It's price has held up whilst most others have been falling. I think that could be telling us something important.

Though I don't own any XMR I do own some Aeon, because of it's relationship to Monero. It's a long shot, and it needs a few things to happen, but it could be an interesting year for it next year.

I have the same back to basics theory, I think those coins will do well. There is a chance DOGE could get back on track too, but it will never be a serious contender.

Most of these Altcoins have taken down turn this last quarter, but I like what ICONOMI, Singularity, and Ardor are doing if they get things right, they may be a great buy. Projects like LBRY and Synereo are both undervalued presently and I think they is value holding them

All value will go back to bitcoin but we are talking about what could be the best altcoins are. Those 2 mentioned above are my bets.
