I know Amazix and Wapinter bounty teams,think they do their work not bad,when i need some help with issue of my bounties they answers in privat messeges and help me,i not say any bad words about their work.
I think the best bounty manager is Amazix. All campaigns are full paid. Also I like their organization.
I like irfan_pak10 because he is friendly with me.
And even better with AmaziX, he is more professional in managing Boutny.

I choose yahoo as the best bounty manager of the forum because the success rate of the projects managed by him is high than comparing others and also he don't just work for money he will take the responsibility for that project,if he found anything fishy then he will drop the project and will pay the participants from his own hands even. 
Now there are a lot of scammers in the companies generous. Even the famous moderator Selon at this time will not get involved. I heard and he had punctures in his work.

I liked the bounty campaign of the Amazix team , it's a shame that they do not currently bounty on social networks. To the best managers I can include Yahoo, team Goblin, hua_hui. I also noticed, that sometimes in bounty campaigns from unknown managers who lead 1 campaign, get good payouts.

They have the best management no doubt but some other managers also doing excellent to keep the great work because it's a very tough job and you have to be predictive sometimes because it's very hard to analyze every member posts and content differently.

I would not say that they work fast. It happens that the shares are not considered for a month or more. But it is worth noting that this team has very promising projects. They gave a very good team with strong background in bounty and management services that's why they are leaders but needamoney and Aery2s bounties are also worth trying.
