You might want to try your first airdrop/bounty, join the marinecoin FREE ICO.
You can earn 450.000 MTC by following the steps : https://marineco.in/

an ICO that is devless but AI-powered, all you need to do is login using your social media account.
Once you get your MarineCoin go to 1FCX to exchange them for bitcoin, ethereum, monero, ripple, etc.

For me, the only exchange on which I enjoyed the exchange is Etherdelta. Read about it, asked for advice, looked at the videos on trade and decided to try. At first it was hard, then easier, and now watch the site they have become really bad to work with.I read, I think which exchange to choose for a trial trade. Reviews a lot, you need to choose. Huh

bittrex is the best exchange and most piopular exchange i ever seen. they have strong security, although o hear many people say about withdrwal problem.

well, I suppose many exchanges face this problem in a particular time.
if you can exchange right in the wallet or exchange from your wallet...
try coinmonkey exchanger - and you don't have to use exchange as they get exchange rates from major exchanges.

I highly recommend bittrex because it has a dollar and Bitcoin trade. It is also good for beginners because it has a good interface and it doesn't lag compared to other platforms. Binance is also good for beginners because of its low transaction fee.

Bittrex is quite complicated now because you have to pass the KYC first before you start trading.
I think as a newbie it's better to expose yourself with a bigger volume and lot of coins to trade, and in that case, I think Binance would be the best site.

For a beginner I would advise the exchange Yobit. It is characterized by a simple and clear interface, a large number of traded cryptocurrencies, simple and affordable ways of entering and withdrawing funds.

Disadvantages - a relatively large commission for the input and withdraw of funds.

I think binance and kucoin are the best exchange for beginners. both high volume and useful. Etherdelta is very complex but most different altcoin trade in there

Bittrex is one of the most popular exchange to trade your cryptocurrencies. The website is very simple to use and there areabout 200 different cryptocurrencies you can trade on Bittrex. Another good exchange is Cryptopia. It's a good cryptocurrency exchange based in New-Zealand. It have lots of different alt-coins and is a good place to find cheap cryptos before they become famous.

I fully support the majority opinion on the best exchanges. I think that today one of the best exchanges is Binance, it has a daily limit on the withdrawal of this 2BTC, so I think this is a very cool exchange that does not verify for users.

I prefer Coin Exchange for the beginners to use as an exchange. That is the exchange I've used when I am stilla beginner because it is easy to use and the coins are really secured.

When I first started I bought ltc from Coinbase then sent it to Bitstamp, did a little trading there but there only like 4 coins listed. So I tried binance but since I’m in the U.S. i couldn’t make an account , which led me to try kraken and Bittrex . Bittrex is  better in my opinion , so that’s me recommendation.

For begginers need fast, simple, popular exchange. Also your account must have 2FA for safe. I started trade on Binance and Bittrex - I think is good choice for begginers.

Bittrex is very user friendly. Not sure if they re-opened registration though. However, if you happen to get into any exchange, get your account verified first before you start trading. Most of them allow you to deposit money but not cash out unless verified.

I started in cryptopia. For me its not hard to understand and good for beginner, also many coins are listed on that exchange. But again look for the coin you want to trade and which exchange it is listed.

I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game.  I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins.  I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public.  There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading.
Yeah trading nowadays is more complicated since they are so many sites and you cannot trust all of them. But, for me I prefer using binance because it is very handy for me although I do not buy alt coins but I accumulate them. I do not know much about the hurdles that you are talking about but as for now consider also the threat of hackers because there have been a lot of cases regarding their dirty works.
