Option
1. Buy mining hardware (GPU)
2. Buy real cloud mining (hashflare, genesismining) not suck cloud mining (ponzy/HYIP scheme)
3. Buy some good altcoin and then stake. this is for medium - long term project

I disagree with you, although there is a risk in investment but there are still ways to earn for the best investment. For me the best investment is investing in bitcoins alone, you just simply buy, hold, and sell in the future for profit.

In every possible ways there is RISK involved.
So before getting engage you have to keep this in mind.

That's just speculation.
It has not been proven nor disproven that they are a ponzi.
They may be aponzi so you may be riht that they will eventually close, however, they are still one of the best investment ideas and have been going for nearly a year with sustainable profits.

That is hard to do and requires lots of time from an invesstment. Whereas, other investment options usch as cloud mining are much faster but have greater risks.

For any would-be investor investing (especially in the form of trading) and gambling are in fact much the same (save only for the house edge which is absent in the former case). Unless you make some analysis on the coin traded (or have some additional information like who is going to sell what), both appear to be pretty much random walk...

As to me, dumb investing epitomized by the buy low sell high mantra is as senseless as online gambling like rolling dice

As a newbie you can do faucet initially and learn about bitcoin and you can do with BTC are to play the faucet games and get all the free BTC you can get. I have been playing for about 4 months now and received about $200 in BTC and I have not bought any of it. That is a great return for stating with nothing. Even if you considered investing $2,000 with a return of 10% per year.

Fairly interesting the number of gambling sites that turn into scam after taking investments.

I remember at least two where I played myself for some time (no, I didn't invest in them), which took investments from outsiders and then turned into scams. The history of the rise and fall of one of them is recorded here and here...
