I am not sure there is a bitcoin casino that is fully legal and has both a casino/gambling licence and a gaming licence (maybe it is just me but surely if they did have on then they would put it on the site to show that they are legit).
Gambling is not investing. So don't consider it as such. Investing is an opportunity where yo can profit on a short to long term timeframe. For me that is an investment with not to much risk, since it involves money meant for the future.
