You definitely are the wrong guy, or probably it's more likely that you are a girl, to keep a dog. You sound like you would get bored pretty fast of it and you surely did not consider the work you will have with it. Not to speak of yearly fees, doctor, food and so on.

And if you really get such a dog for cheap then it might come from one of those dog breed farms. Brought out from incest, having multiple illnesses that show up some time later.

If you really would love that dog then you could feel like shit.

Besides that... you want it because others look down on you? How superficial are you?

If you want a free dog go to the nearest assylum near your area that is the best place to search for a free dog and that is only because there are allot of dogs who really want a new house to life in.

try to find in shelter dogs to find your match dog. but you should ready to keeping dogs like you do with your body, give your dogs attention, but i thinks its not just only keeping dogs, attention, you should take care of your dogs in everyday.

if there is a chihuahua around in your neighboorhod, ask them where they buy and how much the price. maybe you can buy from the same place as them.

Try to pick dogs that are atleast somewhat active and happy cause depressed dogs can be very tough to take care of if your new to dogs. Anyways goodluck and have fun with your new friends if you manage to find one~

Hear me up just a piece of advice, chihuahua's might be small but they want alot of attention. Dogs get sick, need walking and you have to train them aswell. They are a big time investment and a lifestyle, only take a dog if they are truly your passion and you can afford it not just with money but with your time aswell.

If you want a free dog why are you not going to the asylum there are allot of dogs who really want a new boss so take the bus or something to the asylum and you will find your free dog some are not really free but cheap enough.

Yeah this is going to be the easiest way to get free dogs and you can get as many as you want. But the fact is that it is risky, you don't know if that dog is already vaccinated or else you are the one that is going to make their vaccination at all or if you don't want to get dogs from streets go to the nearest dog pound in your city.

This look is very cruel. However I see that those who buy dogs 99% are people who like animals and they really take care of them until whenever. so this will never happen, if it wants to free the dog then take one of the wild puppy near your home or ask the puppy from your friends

The link will show you Chihuahuas in Beverly Hills, but you can change the location to your zip code, most adoptions are free. But please, please before adopting remember that a pet is a responsibility and not something that you can return to the shelter when you are bored.

EDIT: The link may not apply to you since I see you posted the price of a chihuahua in Euros and the links is for US. Anyways, just google search adoptions in [country] and it should yield similar results.
