It's hilarious this thread still has legs, and please, please never encourage anyone with this attitude to obtain a pet. This is the stuff that animal planet neglect special series are made of. Pets are companions, not subjects. Sometime tools. But never things to be lorded over.

Why not go to the nearest dog pound in your city? I'm sure that they can give you a free dog you just need to go there after ready this comment.

i think that you shouldn't buy it but search for homeless dogs houses, they have many good dogs that needs humans, it is better to take dog from there than to spend your money and buy one
but if you want dog for fun only, then you shouldn't buy it as dog is not a toy, you have to take care of him, you have to take responsibility for him so you have to be ready

First, this is not bitcoin-related, but for you, I will suggest the easiest way to get a free dog. First, prepare some food, meat or chicken is enough. Second, go out to your house and find a street dog. Third, tame the dog using your prepared food. Done. Enjoy.
If you're gonna go through all that trouble, why get a dog? Go out into the mountains and tame a goddamn grizzly bear or mountain lion.
But then again, OP really wants this chihuahua in order to feel dominant over his peers...

For the record. Pedigree dogs suck and are not even original breeds as people believe. They never healthy either. Dog breeders are not human either .
You're right. Those breeds are born of incest and the puppies can look as cute as they want... they will develop bone diseases and other things. It's really not funny and those that bought such a dog and love it will be in pain seeing it. Not to mention of all the additional costs for the veterinary.
Those breeders are cruel and they need to be jailed.

The title says best place to get a free dog but op is saying price range to buy a dog im confused.. by the sound of your story seems like you need a big dog not like a chihuahua better adopt a pitbull or a german sheperd.

Buying and selling animals is not cool. Get a free dog at the SPCA and make me difference.
when you say 'everyone is dominant over me' do you mean people or are you referring to dogs? If you mean people, don't get chihuahua, get a mastiff.
Also, go to an animal shelter. There are enough dogs that people can't/won't take care of anymore and those buggers are rotting away in a tiny cage. So sad.
