I would rather say that this is the best time to do more bounties and be consistent with them duh to the fact that the market is getting better and not to say that there will be altcoins season. Also know that you have to be careful with what project you promote, not all project will give you what you expect I won't say that because of the market still unpredictable and unstable now. If you want to launch and promoting bounty projects, you need to think about these situations and don't let any situations will interfere with your projects. We are seen many projects have delayed their project for a while and still not telling the participants of what is going on with their projects.

I don't think there is a specific time for promoting bounties. You can do so anytime but when the bear market comes, you should be ready to hold the coins till the bull run comes before you can sell it. If you dump your coins that early, you will regret when you see that the prices rise up high.

Everyday is a best time you just need to find the best or decent projects, I am joining projects that is already listed or maybe has a coming IEO to get better chances and of course I make my own research about it checking the legitimacy of the team. But remember sometimes you need to be patient on this bounties sometimes they pay after so many months.

Now it's best for bounty to have a project in which IEO takes place on the Top Exchange. And it doesn't matter what season is now - altcoins or bitcoin.
