Cant work, if the project fo the bounty its "SHIT". You think easy to promote some project, now we are on era IEO went a project using a IEO service at reputable exchange like Binance they dont need to created bounty for thats. Because already got the promotion from "Binance Name".

Theres no such time for the best time on promoting bounty projects but at least on a bull run where numbers of successful ICO is there compared into a very bearish market where investors are still hesitant on supporting current projects that do launch out.So no surprising that they do eventually failed out.
The issue here that majority of bounties now dont pay up its advertisers so its still like a gamble to join up.
I have experience in promoting projects during bad times and good times, in a bear market there are fewer projects to promote and at the same time fewer promoters, you can get more coins and sell them during the bull market. Not a bad idea, what do you think guys?

that is true because both the crypto market and the price of coins are completely unpredictable, no one knows what will actually happen. so I think keep calm and always enjoy this job, on the other hand while you see that there is a bounty program that you think is worthy of being followed, follow it.

I don't go for that, I am more into looking project per project and not on altcoins season because I believe there is no such thing as altcoins season, we only have bad and good coin doing their crowdfunding and it's your assignment to check who among these coins are bad or good.
Well I am of the opinion to support more bounty projects now, you get your reward and hold, price might be shitty now but when Alt season comes, then you will be happy you bagged some tokens.
in my opinion, the best time to promote bounties is when the market has been positively bullish, because if the market is bearish many bounty hunters leave the crypto market for some time, why is that? because many projects will come out and postpone the launch when the market is bearish, because they know investors are also very few, and this is why it also influences the bounty hunter and also the promote bounties.
Altcoin now slowly prices back up, although it runs not fast. To repeat that way in 2017 I think it needs a long process again. It is not exactly that, in my opinion, the best time for successful projects is the season of uptrend, when BTC and ETH have the best prices. Projects will have sufficient funds to maintain and develop, because most ICO IEO payments are BTC and ETH.

It seems to me that what happened in 2017 will never happen again, only then there were huge payments and the companies always paid them, now the projects often try to cut the premiums, or do not pay the premiums at all.
What happened in 2017 may not happen again if there won't be altcoins seasons again. I am just waiting for the market to return to its shape to see if things will turn around. I think 2017 was favorable for altcoins because everyone was expecting a higher return when they get listed on exchange. Somewhere along the line in 2018, this changed and it was when coins got listed on exchanges that they got dumped very hard. When this attitude changes, I think things will go well for all projects leading to good promotions.

Well, I agree. The best time to promote is when we are on the bull market. But sometime it also depends on the project itself because even though we're on the bearish mode I got lucky promoting some project and I got rewarded enough.
It has been 1 year and many bounties that have produced coins are useless because there are many fraudulent projects, many projects are good but after achieving softcaps they disappeared and never returned, many bounties were good but for some reason they delayed distribution because they feared a dump, but always there will be a dump when the coin is registered on the crypto exchange because this is a natural thing
You really think this is the best time to promote Bounty?. Bounties right now are not really encouraging, some good and trading project will map out small allocation for bounty hunters and the others will be shitty reward when they enter exchange.

I am not clear about your altcoin season point! I don't think there has any season like that. This is a growing time, crypto price is increasing, in my view, this is the right time to promote a project through bounty camp!
