maybe the best time when the altcoin market arrives as in 2017 most people say that year is the best year for prize hunters and altcoin investors. but now the opposite is true, for almost 2 years the altcoin market has not experienced significant price growth and many altcoins have lost their value.

If we compare, of course 2017 is a very profitable year and is expected to occur again in the near future. You should find the best projects to promote, especially those that have the potential for the futureI don't have any project recommended this year, I've research some of the new project but they are just like other shitcoins too, I haven't participated in bounty this year too, as I haven't received payment from my previous year bounty participation, I did received payment but they didn't enter into an exchange, so it is very useless, so I decided to quit bounty until such time that we will have regulations here for bounty, or unless BTC/ETH payment.
2017 gave us high hopes about bounties here in this forum, most of us can't stop to compare it to what we have since 2018 up to now, since its drastically went down and scam projects started to show up hiding their true faces in their sweet promises. We don't (no one) know[s] when it will have its comeback, all we can do is either keep on trying or wait for someone to share a good news that good ICOs are starting to show up like what we had in 2017.

In and out of season to me is the best time for bounty promotion. What you promote out of season is what you eat in the season while waiting for the season harvest. Keep promoting bounty at all times.
You're saying the obvious truth. Bounty hunting nowadays is a waste of time especially if you are not strategic about it. You work for a project and they won't be able to raised any money talk less of paying bounty hunters. But am hopeful that very soon, we will soon have a bullish season that will bring profits back to bounty hunting.

The hype is over once again and we all hope to bring it back. The market right now is kind of dull, as if it was the scene of the landscape after a hurricane. Time will tell when alt season will come back and there will be lots of good projects to support and campaign. Hopefully in the next years, we can see the unleashed potential of many other existing cryptos.
This is true. But I'm not sure that after such a long fall investors will again believe in altcoins and will invest in new coins. We can hope for new investors.
if I catch a lot of fraudulent projects that are still circulating, so there are also many review sites that are easily paid for by each project to get a rating, so if it's cleared for the next year I think things will get better, sometimes we need a strict review site capable of verify every altcoin project or other token, at least what happens in 2017 returns again the following year and investors trust again

in my opinion right now is the best time to participate in bounty campaign, because now the market is in an unstable situation, so if the market condition has stabilized, then the possibility of the coin prices we get from bounty campaign will also increase, so now is the right time to collect coin from bounty campaign and hope that the project of the coin have a good product, so when the market situation is stable, then the possibility of coin prices obtained from bounty campaign at this time will also increase and provide a very big profit.

just like real life, every thing has its own season. of course if it's not the season it will be difficult to get profits, compared to the actual season where profits are very easy to obtain. we must be smart to take advantage of opportunities, don't give up. cryptocurrency and bounty campaigns in particular still provide many benefits.
As you can see we are not in the alt season and is not appearing as if it will come soon. I will not advice anyone to wait till alt season before taking part in bounty campaign. You can still make something out of bounty campaign outside alt season.

The state of altcoins in 2017 is lot better than 2018. While, 2019 still suffers from the scams and other fraudulently activities of that previous years. Most of us misses 2017 because that was time that good projects are being launched and many earn not just in bounty hunting but also in investments and trades. I hope that 2020 can offer new opportunities and redeem what happened for the last two years.

This is not correct. You don't just promote a project because of your own financial gain. Though you should only market project that you have researched about, and which real products that will add value to humanity on the long run. Though most promoters want financial rewards because it cost to promote any project. But waiting for Altcoin season alone would cost genuine ideas some lost.
Many are already tired of various innovative projects. The relevance of charity is declining and investors have ceased to trust them. Because of the 100 blagotvoritelniy blocking projects have been implemented only 2-3. The rest turned out to be scam. Therefore, today the creation of such a project is a bad idea because people and the market are not aimed at such ideas.
