I dont see a good timeframe for promoting bounty projects. Anytime could be good cause its purpose is to help project to get known, so even the market is in pretty bad shape, no matter how bad it is, if the project is really in demand and good they can still survive. Even without bounty these good projects can sustain its stance and operation. Campaign is just an added bonus to them for wide spread marketing.

That year was indeed the best year for prize hunters. but even so every year I myself always get a moment where I benefit from a bounty campaign. although not as big as in 2017 but I myself am still grateful there are still good projects even though the presentations are quite small. I have full time on cryptocurrency. traders and bounty hunters. there is still hope for a better project and all parties can benefit from their hard work
Anytime is the best time for the team expose their project but since the market is too quiet this time investors keep their hands off to the project even it is a good one. Therefore the best time is when the bull market arrives. Yeah i think altcoin has it's own season where the price of the coins rise and it happens everyday with different altcoin each day. So i think altseason means when the price of altcoins are rising caused by the btc price rise. whereas it's just the effect of bitcoin's rise. Yes, i'm aggress with you that bounty campaign success is just depends on how good the project is, as the bounty hunter we're just the promoting the website to able to see to investors but the investors will do their own research with the project before investing

This is the time when you know the die hard Cryptocurrency fans, not just the people who come here to promote ICOs with the hope of making millions overnight and living the good life for the rest of their lives, while the prospect of leaving and returning in the altszn is definitely tantalising, you have to consider the fact that opportuinity comes but once and you don't know when a good opportunity would present itself since you are not even here to claim it.
In my own opinion, there is no season that is not good to invest in altcoins as much crypto is still in existence. As a matter of fact the period of the market dip is the best time to invest because most of the altcoin prices will be so cheap to purchase. In most cases, the season of bull run in crypto may be unpredictable sometimes so, if one is waiting for that good season before investing into altcoins, it may not really be the best. I don't think there's a special time to promote a bounty, but I admit 2017 is the best year for a bounty hunter because the pay at that time was very high.2017 is the year when we don't understand a project and many investors are investing because it's a lot of altcoins that pump crazy.
