Thats what Ive been wondering too. Whats the best time sell altcoins? And or tokens under ethereum? Its been giving me hardtime too, to analyse and to describe the perfect timing to sell and make some profit. I hope some experts and masters here their ideas and tips.
It's no secret anymore if a token sometimes does not match the ico price, and is very confusing between selling or staying afloat. My experience when I sold the token a few days later the token went up even beyond the ico price. It pisses me off.
The best time to sell for most of alts was six month ago. There are a fw exits strategies. You can compare market capitalisations with sililar alts.
January was really the best period to get the profit. I suppose many of men who deal with the crypto managed to sell their tokens. I did not get rid of everything. I sold some alts to invest in the crypto again.

A good research can give you the answers for your question. I would rather tend to hold the coins depending on the profit rate untill the coins reaches my expected price. Also i would set a stop-loss to avoid major loss. And as the coin gets higher and higher price, i would keep holding some along with selling some.

the best time to sell your altcoins is when the market is greenish thats the best to sell your coin. if it reaches 50percent of its price then it is fine as long as you are gaining profit.,
If only I can turn back time, I'll go back to January and immediately sell all my altcoins as in everything. My portfolio is down to 120% so also feel down. And now that I feel that the bull run is coming close, I'm going to sell it on that best time.
I heard some people do not sell their coins when the price has soared a few months ago. They retain their coins in hopes of gaining more and more profits. Regret as you feel may also be felt by these people. For me, when I see prices have risen so drastically, that's the right time to sell all my coins.

People should always wait until the bitcoin price starts increasing because we have seen many ups and downs. Wait patiently until the price starts increasing and once you made a profit on your investment definitely you can sell them.

There is no best time to sell altcoins. But I think there is a best price to sell altcoins. When the price is satisfactory, you sell it. I always set a price for myself and when that particular coin reach that targeted price, I sell it if I need to. Most times prices are good at the end of the year.
The best time to sell your altcoins is to to set a profit target within a particular period. When the target is reach, you sell. It it don't you ,sell too. If you can do such for five to ten trades and you win 6 out of ten, you can make profit . In other words you trade to sell. If you delay to sell your profits then you will lose momentum to get something that makes you happy at that time.

As of now, I am just planning to hodl my altcoins for now because it is not advisable to do trading now. For me, the best thing to do is just to hodl our altcoins and just wait for the best time for the market to rise again. I think I am just goind to hodl until the last quarter of the year.
my biggest mistake is not to sell my coin at ICO prices, actually why i hold my coin too long because i never failed to sell my coin at cheap price and after 4-5 month then my coin price also increase and that i feel only regret. that's why I became a holder to make sure my coin has progress

Right now is the worst time to sell altcoin because market is really improving best just hodl maybe later
